Good ice cream but took wayyyy too long for the order to be ready

Came here twice, the first time I had an okay experience, a man came up to me and showed me the options on a book and I got a vanilla ice cream which was ok. Second time me and my dad asked for vegan ice cream and all the staff looked so confused which was an uncomfortable experience, it took quite a while for them to come with the book of options again and we got a chocolate ice cream each and they asked if we wanted it in a sundae and we said yes but we are vegan, so I thought they would come out with a vegan sundae from the impression they made to us (and the amount of times we told them we are vegan) and it was dairy whipped cream on top and dairy chocolate sauce. I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge around people not wanting dairy. I feel like the staff could be more aware and a little more accommodating, especially for people who may have dairy allergies too. It’s a shame really. They could have also added the vegan options directly to the menu instead of making people ask every time for the secret options.

I ordered a chocolate shake. As I was paying for it, the cashier handed it to me. It was not made to order, it was mostly melted, and it did not taste like homemade ice cream was used. It tasted like a cheap, slimy, flavorless version of a Frosty. The straw didn’t work—it had a hole in it. I do not recommend.

The Mickey Brownie Sundae is one of the best bargains in all of Disney!
Great ice cream choices. The brownie Sunday was phenomenal. The line was long, but went fast. There are picnic tables around the side/back and are shaded.

I love getting a sundae from here. Almost every time we visit I get in line for the fat boy special. I am a sucker for hot fudge and vanilla ice cream.
Food was surprisingly affordable compared to other venues at Disney which isn’t saying much seeing as a majority of Disneys food options are overpriced for what you’re getting. We got the waffle platter which came out to roughly $10 at time of writing, very reasonable imo.The cast members seemed over life though, which was a stark contrast to every other cast member I interacted with at the park, which isn’t a big deal to me but it kind of rubbed my family the wrong way. The atmosphere is awesome due to the vibe Hollywood studios park manages to accomplish. All in all it’s your standard Disney quick service venue which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you go in with expectations of such; Big bonus for the affordable waffle platter!
A perfectly ice cold scoop of ice cream you need after a hot day running around the park. Best ice cream at Hollywood studios imo

I ordered the 'vanilla frozen dessert', it is just vegan vanilla ice cream. There was an option for chocolate when I was there too. It was really nice, very big portion for me. Downside was they took soooo long to serve because they needed the manager to serve me due to my Dairy allergies.
