This has been the absolute worse experience I have yet received. I vacation once a year to Orlando. My first time at this Hooters location , ac was broken, order was wrong, at least the manager was professional and apologized to us. We were a group of 15. Here I am this year and told my spouse let’s give it a try again. What a mistake!!! They messed up on my order of wings, I was told to wait. I waited 45 minutes for ten wings, fries never came out! My husband was done eating his meal and I was still waiting for mine. I finally flagged our waitress down and shared my frustration and told her I no longer want my meal! Forget it and I’ll go elsewhere to eat! The manager was notified a was SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Did not even attempt to fix the issue or come to apologize. I DO not recommend this Location of Hooters!!!!

Here on vacation so decided to go to hooters one of our favorites place back in Georgia. The store wasn’t that busy but the customer service was poor and food was trash. The server couldn’t get our food right. When I told her this wasn’t what I order she took it back to the cook. She returned back to my table and said my cook said this is what you ordered. Def not! Then I had a Togo order and they were incorrect. If you’re coming into town and want hooters please go to a different location.

The restaurant wasn’t even busy and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. I’m pretty sure they were super understaffed. The peel and eat shrimp were so overcooked we could hardly peel them. There was way too much batter on the fried fish but the fish inside was delicious. The onion rings, Daytona wings, and chicken tenders were SO good and our server Sarah was really really sweet. The manager never came over and spoke to us despite waiting over an hour for our food. We would have walked out before the food came had our server not been so nice.
The food is good, but the beer is a little warm. The service is good.

Great wings, service was a bit slow, and the place wasn't full, so the music was so loud I could barely hear a conversation. But still... good place for wings.
There's a total of 15 tables empty and the Manager Jeanne is hidden in the kitchen because kitchen staff can't handle customers. There are more than 20 people outside waiting. And the Host that supposed to be in the front greeting the guest, she was standing on the back avoiding the new guest arriving to the restaurant. Sad on how customer service has gone down at Hooters. Or maybe is this the only Hooters that's this bad...... SMH.

I unironically go there just for the wings. The eye candy is definitely a bonus, but what really amazes me from that place is the service. Everyone is on point from what I've seen, and this is coming from someone who worked in the food industry for over 10 years. Cooks are quick, bar backs are reliable, and all servers will run food regardless of whose section the dish belongs to. Their bubbly attitudes are definitely a plus. Management deserves a raise for keeping this flowing as it should. 10/10 always recommended
