Food was over cooked. Barely any sauce. The crawfish were so small. Waitress was friendly. The calamari was overly salty. I truly think there was one waiter and one cook.

We so badly wanted to try this place, but being a party of (8) and after reading reviews, we decided to spend our dinner budget elsewhere.
I won’t pay big money for mediocre food, not a chance.

My family and I love hot n juice in Orlando. So we had to give this location a try. This was our second time coming here. We wanted to try it again to give it the benefit of the doubt, but both times were terrible. The crawfish were very small, seemed as if they were frozen and not fresh.. We ordered 2 Ibs, and it did not look as if 2 Ibs were there .. Everything was over cooked. They’re was hardly any sauce, everything was very dry we even ordered extra sauce on the side and they were still very stingy with the sauce. The place should be called Cold N Dry .. lol. I do not recommend this location.

Yes it’s in a tourist trap. BUT I’ve been craving crawfish for over a year and boy let me tell ya. Did I get my fix! Tyler was my server who was super personable and lightening fast. By the time I’d was my hands BOOM another 2 lbs at my table. Great food. Great music. Great service. Will be back!

I ordered a pound of crab legs, which was $44. I also ordered some other things. My order came to about $88 when I arrived to pick my order up and I looked at the crab legs. I said this is not a pound of crab legs. I paid $44 for 1 whole crab cluster and 2 broken pieces. I am from Maryland I ordered crab legs all the time. I know what I should be getting for a pound. She said she would have to call the manager.She called the manager on the phone and she said the manager refuses to refund me my money.Even though I told her I did not want it.I have never been to a full establishment that will not give you your money back.If you are not satisfied with your food i'm not sure what kind of customer service this was. But in all honesty besides the issue with crab legs the food was good.

The food was not that good at this location. And everything is a la carte if you don't order one of their seafood bags. The snow crab legs were small and over cooked to the point where you could not pull out the meat in whole pieces due to it falling apart and shredding. The broccoli I ordered to go inside the bag was overcooked and mushy.And the food is very overpriced. Next time I'm in Orlando/Kissimmee, FL, I'll try another seafood restaurant. Maybe one that has all you can eat seafood for the same price per person

The waiter was awesome and super tentative. The food was terrible. The eggs were super hard to be boiled, the seafood seasoning was bland and the bag was full of un eatable things such as half of you get a pound of crawfish half the bag is full of legs. You get an order of mussels half of them are empty. Taste wise I wouldn’t recommend this place.
