This location in particular is HORRIBLE !!! If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me I wouldn’t hesitate. Placed a takeaway order for 8 boneless wings with the crazy bread and a dipping sauce. Being a frequent customer with this franchise I’m fully aware how long it takes for my food to be done. However the lady that placed my order didn’t notify me like she should have that my food was done. I made my way back to the window to pick up my order and as I stood there you had some guy that worked there who didn’t even acknowledge if I had been helped or was I there to pick up an order, very rude customer service. Another female who had came to the window asked if I had been helped and I told her that I was there to pick up my order. Once I got my order my food was cold and the breadsticks was hard a brick. Had I known that this was the type of service that I would receive I could’ve just went to dominoes or McDonald’s for all of that. Now I do frequent this restaurant out in the Lakeland area of Florida and I never had any complaints. I don’t even live 10 minutes away from this location so there was no way my food should have been cold. Once I had realized my food was cold as hell, I was already too aggravated to go back. Worst customer service ever at this location, definitely wouldn’t recommend nor will I ever be going back. Sincerely, an unhappy Hungry Howie’s customer thanks again for the poor customer service guys have a great day. And I’m a person who’s big on reviews, so hopefully this will help any future customers who feel the need to visit this location. PLEASE BE AWARE !!!!!!!

I order a vegetables pizza and the bottom of the pizza was suck and wet, I guess they used frozen vegetables not happy I couldn't enjoyed the meal.

This place really discusting waited an hour on the phone cause they said they were busy & showed up at the place and every coworker was smoking outside pizza was burnt Josh was really rude hunged up on my face when I was talking saying my food was

Horrible customer service!!!!! I’m from out of town and they hung up on me three times. Then when I got a hold of them I asked can they tell me if they delivery to the air bnb I’m staying at! They wouldn’t tell me and didn’t even try to put the address in. Smh everybody in there should be fired. Sad one of my favorite pizza chains dissapointed.
