Ichiban Buffet

I Love this buffet. It get's crowded, but the food area is always well cooked, clean and a wide options and variety.

Food at the buffet was okay, not the best but decent. The hibachi was really good. One star though because the server was rushing us. The bill came not even an hour after we sat down and I wasn’t going to pay until after I finished eating but the server came by 2 more times asking when I was going to pay. Ridiculous, you shouldn’t feel rushed when eating dinner. We were there only about 80 minutes

We’re tourist and we wanted Chinese food. We ran across this place and decided to try it.. boy are we glad we did! The service with Cynthia was excellent, and the dishes she recommended were amazing. Do yourself a favor and go there!

I have NEVER in my life eaten at such a filthy place and I have deployed repeatedly to disaster sites. I’ve been in the medical field for 35+ years and I’m appalled. Starting with the bathroom which had dirt all over the floor, no soap and only hand sanitizer available. Our booth was dirty especially the table. The food was scary. There were 2 tongs set out on each side of the buffet areas to be used on whatever food you chose. Cross contamination everywhere. And no hand sanitizer anywhere….except the bathroom. I saw tongs being used on raw fish and then back on vegetables. I saw children reaching in with their hands and taking food out of bins. Some of the plates weren’t washed thoroughly and when I peaked in the kitchen and saw that gross mess we left our food, paid and headed out. I think the food I did try to eat tasted decent but I was just afraid to eat most of it. I gave it two stars because the people that worked there were nice and they had many choices for food. Where is the Florida Health Department because this place needs some help!? Serious help.

We went to dinner and we saw the advertisement for $12.99, and our bill was $92.71, so after we paid we asked a local about the restaurant because I was skeptical about the price for the bill, come to find out they scammed out me for $20 for my dinner and being hounded for a tip after leaving one, never come here for the food unless you want false advertisement, crappy atmosphere and being forced to tip the waitresses even when they aren't attentive to you at all.

The food was hot! Great variety. The waitress was so helpful. We have a shellfish allergy in our family and she helped us by talking to the Hibachi Chef. He took extra precautions so my brother could eat good food safely and not have to worry! And it was fun!

Itchiban Buffet, we like going there because they have a variety of food. My granddaughter requested me to take her to the buffet, We went to the one located in Sanford, FL. The food was good
. My granddaughter loves thrier blue crabs. The customer service was exceptional. So I will give five stars. Thank you.

Leo had his first experience at Ichiban, he really enjoyed the muscles in the sweet chili sauce! He was welcomed in and he will definitely be back. Thank you Ichiban for the nice hospitality!

At 3pm on Saturday it wasn't as fresh as I hoped, but it was good. Excellent for the price.
