IDK why IHOP just doesn't close !!!! So far been to 4 of them from NY to Orlando FL and plain old just disappointed, this one a lady flagged down an employee there was a cockroach going across her table, probably good thing it was her and her friend and wife and I at another table, sorry being so harsh but I put no b.s. reviews

I have never had an experience like this at an iHOP. First we get there and are seated, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. We were one of only two parties in the restaurant at the time. We ordered our food and received it. We did not get any silverware and waited a few minutes for the server to come back and ask us about the food so we can ask for silverware. After waiting a few minutes nobody came by so we got up and asked for silverware. Thankfully there was only plastic silverware which was preferred after what happens next. After eating through half of our food a roach appeared on our table and crawled over our food and towards the booth. We immediately got up and mentioned it to the server. He asked us if we wanted to move seats, meanwhile the roach crawled over our food. We both did not even want to eat there anymore and we asked for our tab. The tab was not discounted and for all of the inconveniences, we still tipped. Highly do not recommend for the service, quality, and for safety purposes.

The worst breakfast I've ever had!!! Way over priced!! Steak tips were horrible. Under cooked, rubbery, soggy. The temperature leads me to believe I received one that was already returned, and they sent it to me. I would recommend that no one should ever order from here ever!! Worst part is that it cost me over $40.00 just for myself!! I wish I could leave -stars!!! #Needstoclose!!

Our server was amazing. But unfortunately the chicken was under cooked. The men's bathroom was wet and slippery. Did have a sign inside bathroom but not outside. Also the women's bathroom has no soap not even a soap container. So I wonder what the employees are washing their hands with.

We were sat with Marquis , if there was more than 5 starts I would give him that!His service was fast and he was very polite and attentive , paying attention to our young children, he made sure to sit drinks / utensils/ plates away from their reach .
