If I could rate this a 0 star I would Tbh terrible experience server was actually moody very dry every time me and my friend would say thank you to her she would say "mhmm" just mumbling I believe her name was Jennifer my turkey bacon was burnt I asked for over easy egg. I got over medium and half uncooked side I didn't even eat the turkey bacon honestly I tipped her like 3 4 dollars. I would've tipped her more if she would have done better but coming from myself. I am a server myself and I know the principles no passion at all for serving no diligence no sense of urgency, I'm talking about we had no napkins no refills definitely won't be coming back for this location. She asked me if I wanted my turkey bacon cooked again after me having it sitting on a plate for like 30 minutes as I'm bout to check out. She even grabbed my plate and didn't realize that I had the turkey bacon on that single napkin that I had where my utensils were placed at I think is very unfortunate she could've asked me these two questions. Would you like me to make it again for you or would you like me to take it off of the bill for you? That is how you're supposed to address a table with a matter of a situation like this, she only gave me one alternative choice and it was if I wanted it made again and I told her no to be honest. I didn't even eat it at all, and she ended up still charging me for it this is so disappointing because I have been a customer of IHOP for sometime now and I will no longer be coming to this location again and the last thing was she didn't even gave us a check when we gave her the cash not even a thank you or nothing or goodbye. Have a good night. Absolutely nothing terrible service terrible Server . If it was busy, I would understand, but we were literally the only table that was dinning in.
I waited 40 minutes for breakfast to be served, when I asked how much longer I had to wait, the lady who served me told me that they were very busy and that my food was still after other orders and that I should let her know if I still wanted to wait, she wouldn't let me know. I was expecting that answer, there were actually tables occupied but it wasn't all full, I came to the conclusion that maybe there wasn't enough staff to serve those few tables. I have never waited long at an IHOP restaurant for breakfast.

This place is absolutely amazing. Our waitress Tasha had such amazing and positive energy that the entire family was excited everytime she came back to ask us if everything is okay. When I come back to Orlando Florida, this IHOP will be this first location I’ll go to for breakfast when I bring my friends and family. I can’t wait to see Tasha again and her impact on the environment!

Waited over 20 minutes for waitress because the waitress and waiter didn’t know who had our table. Food was mediocre. Gave us a menu with specials and told us we can’t order from that menu. But waitress said since we were waiting we could. It took about another 10 minutes to get drinks. Toast was stale and food was little cold. Had better food at a gas station
