Stopped in and were immediately informed that there was only one server on and one cook, so it will be slow. We were ok with that. We ordered our drinks and waited another 25 minutes to be asked about our food. When our food arrived, we were told that one of the orders wasn't available. Instead of telling us right away, they waited until the rest of our food was ready. The server stated taha there was a new manager and staff weren't happy, so that weren't doing their jobs. We won't be back.

I am sorry, I don't know the name of our server last night, on April 11 around 11pm, but she was quietly friendly and super zippy fast! We were shocked at how quickly we got our food!She deserves a raise!

Upon entering the restaurant, the four of us received a friendly greeting with a smile and were immediately seated in a booth. MIRBELIS, our WAITRESS, greeted us, took our drink orders, and VERY SOON AFTERWARDS, returned and received our food orders. She was very ATTENTIVE to our requests with immediate response, gave EXCELLENT customer service, and was very PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT!Th BUSBOY was busily clearing and cleaning the tables with speed and vigor. There seemed to be TEAMWORK on the floor!The MANAGER, was OVERSEEING and ASSISTING whenever, wherever, and whatever was needed. His presence was not OBVIOUS to the point of OVERBEARING, but visible enough to greet the customers and interact graciously.The RESTROOM (Women’s) was immaculate…..mopped floors, cleaned toilets, clean basins and countertops, and well-supplied with toilet tissue and paper towels.We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at IHOP!Carrie LaidlerLakeland, FlParking: We arrived at around 10:15 AM and the parking lot was FULL, however, there were spaces AVAILABLE for our TWO CARS. It was very apparent that the EFFICIENT SERVICE going on INSIDE enabled A TURNOVER of TRAFFIC and PARKING OUTSIDE!
