Every once in a while, you come across a restaurant that is a diamond in the ruff. The Celebration/Kissimmee area is rife with restaurants lining Irlo Bronson Memorial Dr. Most of the establishments are run of the mill and just ordinary. We did a quick Google Maps search and located Instanbul Grill Celebration, at 2901 Parkway Blvd. We wanted to try something different and we were not disappointed. It is located in a strip mall style set-up, near Charley's Steakhouse. The inside is nicely decorated and the tables allow for room without bumping in to the table next to you. We were greeted by Nur who provided excellent customer service throughout our dinner service. The menu is not a multi-page extravaganza but offered unique flavors and Turkish dishes. The meat is halal and there is no alcohol served, as this is a traditional Turkish restaurant. The food was simply amazing. Bright colors and flavorful. We started with the Lavas, a traditional warm bread and Ezme, a spicy spread for the bread. The bread is thin, airy, and the size of a dinner plate. It was fantastic. Our dinner consisted of the Special Beef Adana and Lamb Shish. Both came with salad and basmati rice, and a type of red cabbage that was extremely flavorful. The portions were respectable and everything is made to order. We ended up taking some home, as we did not anticipate the size of the appetizer...which we happily nibbled on throughout dinner. They offer soft drinks and traditional Turkish sodas and beverages. Overall, this was an outstanding dinner service, and one of the best restaurants we have visited. We would have been here sooner had we known where it was. It's been open for about 18 months now, and has a sister location on Orange Blossom Trail. If you are looking for something new, something different, that offers excellent customer service (thank you, Nur) and flavorful foods, please consider trying Istanbul Grill Celebration. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great food! Personable, helpful service. Our server was very informative and interesting, in the explanation of different dishes. We loved the lava bread and the optional varied flavour of dips, to enjoy. A truly rare treat! You are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine. Your server will open the bottle and supply the glasses. There no corkage fee. Now that's amazing!

If you like to enjoy your meal, please look for somewhere else, all Google lowest reviews focused on low service quality, some servers are not professional, unfriendly, and rough. Unfortunately, management doesn't correct this issue by meeting and educating employees for proper attitude and proper hospitality personalities, doubt this issue will improve as has been going uncorrected for a long time. There are many better and enjoyable restaurants of similar cuisine in town
The food and the service were just top-notch. Turkish food is not to be overlooked. It is wonderful fresh and delicious. now I’m going to have to Google how to make this food. We don’t have it in North Carolina where we live… Delicious!

I don't recommend Istanbul Grill Kissimmee location, Food is not authentic as the chef is not Turkish, Service is bad with a moody server backed up by unexperienced shift manager ( both they drove the Turkish chef out of this restaurant ), I recommend some authentic Turkish restaurant, i.e. Cappadocia Turkish Cuisine, or Bosphorous, or Flame Kebab, or Rawsha.
