We stopped past for a family dinner to let the traffic jams subside. Caitlin our server took our drinks orders as we returned from the rest rooms, because we hadn't had time to look at the menu, if we had the wife may have ordered cocktails or something a little more daring that well drinks. Caitlin carefully took our orders, the daughters wanted starters and a main course, the adults only wanted mains. Our main courses arrived with the incorrect starter for the girls, they had ordered bbq chicken with ranch dip and got Spicey Cajun chicken with blue cheese dip. By the time we managed to catch Caitlin eye we had nearly finished our mains. Caitlin re ordered the starters whilst the girls main course turned up. The dips selected to go with the main course were of course wrong, but again our server was nowhere to be seen. We were able to correct the dips when the correct starters turned up. The well drinks we had ordered are free refills, but that requires a server to notice you had run out of drink, eventually we caught the eye of another member of staff.When the bill arrived we had been charged for Mac and cheese sides, the menu clearly states the crispy prospers are served with white cheddar mac and cheese, with no mention of premium cost. A really disappointing meal all around - best avoided.

Huge wings! Fresh and fast.They are a little too fresh out of the grease, so I put them in the air fryer when I got home. Overall, definitely worth it!

*based on my experience* I was VERY surprised by the quality of their food! Very delicious and super well-priced. I have ordered 2 times and it has never disappointed me! Go ahead and order with extreme confidence. If you guys continue to deliver like this, there is no ceiling for how far “It’s Just Wings” can go!

This place is SUPER GOOD and so CHEAP TOO! Me and a co-worker paid $10 each and got a big container with wings (AND FREE CURLY FRIES!!!) Took only $10 for both of us to eat 'til full.Apparently it's a restaurant inside a Chili's so you gotta go inside to find it but gOD DAMN IS IT WORTH IT. We just ordered it through doordash but the food was immaculate, the presentation looked like the kind you'd see from an incredible food truck.The quality of the wings and sauce werephenomenal.100% ordering from here againShoutout to our server "Omnivore" for the service. If I catch you in-store I'm tipping you like $10.

I have been going to Chili's restaurant for 14+ years now and it never seizes to amaze me. The food is incredible and the atmosphere and service is impeccable. It can sometimes get busy however, the maximum time I have had to wait for a table is 30 minutes. Would recommend booking ahead if you are a large party.

Seems like I will be one of the only people to give an honest review of this place. Yes, it is located inside of chilis, I think they all are… not sure though. HOWEVER, do not let that stop you from trying their food. The wings are really good, like really really good. I got 2 11 piece boneless combos (curly fries and a drink) for $11 each. One of us got Buffalo Medium and the other got Sweet Sriracha, we were not disappointed at all. The wings and fries were perfectly cooked and sauced which I have noticed is pretty rare amongst the wings in other places. Both sauces were perfect. The fries were actually still crispy when I got home and I was in disbelief ! Will be eating from them again and again.

She tried to argue with us - the way they answered the phone it wasn’t even like a restaurant.Don’t do it to yourself. I wouldn’t even give the meat from the wings to my dogNo flavor no nothing. Worst experience in a chili’s We have been at chili’s in every trip for the past 20 years, this time we decided to try the one at the Loop shopping center and it was a total mess. We arrived and the lady at the front told us 20 minutes wait, she asked for a phone number but we as tourists don’t have one here so she told us to wait near and that she will call us, we stayed right at the door (we told her were going to be there) , when 25 minutes had pass i went inside and she told us that we needed to wait a little longer. After 25 minutes more, we noticed that 2 groups that arrived later that we did was already seated so i went to her and she told us that she don’t have any help and she can not have control of everything, and that she called us and we didn’t reply. I told her that we were there at the door and she replied that she don’t have time to call anybody near the door. I asked for the manager and she found a table for us but she says that EVERYBODY that goes there should have a phone. (She should know that Orlando is a tourist city and that most of the international tourist DOESN’T HAVE A PHONE) Space science for her i guess… Last time at this chili’s Worst service ever.

THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL RESTAURANT!!!!!!!First time using door dash & my 1st order was here. Wanted sauce on the side, called the # listed they said we cant change your order. Got my order delivered, door dash was great.However there was barley any sauce on my boneless wings, the Curley fries were soggy and covered in my wing sauce. Out of 11 boneless I ate only 2 and delivered it right to the trash.P.s. you live and YOU LEARN! OH and the food came from chilis, they could of given me some salsa & chips.
