The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.
Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all
I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(
Wings were too big and didn’t have good seasoning
We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

I didn’t get to eat inside but the service was awesome when I went to pickup my order. It was hot and fresh and those wings were so good. Very convenient location from our resort too.
Parking: The parking was amazing! So many available spots for to go.

The wings were amazing, it was just what we needed to finish off our first day of our family trip!
Didn't realize we were going to Chili's. (Still not clear if they are Chili's are not). Wings were just okay. Not very much sauce. Pickup was unsatisfactory. One car was in another pickup spot when we got there. Checked in, which said we will bring right out, but sat there and waited. Another car pulled up. We were all still waiting. A 4th car pulled up and a lady jumped out and went inside. (I wouldn't have even known I could go in where she did if I didn't see her do it. It's off to the side/ back of the building.) Finally went in to see our food just sitting there packaged up and ready to go and a worker also just sitting there, despite the cars outside and food ready to go.

Tastes ok... Got diarrhea 2 hours after eating though.
