Thank you Mediana for my first large acai antioxidant smoothie. I added whey protein and coco whip to mine. I had been feeling under the weather so this is why I chose this. I especially liked that it was not too sweet and that I could divide it into two cups so I could share with my husband. I want to try the dragon fruit one. Will have to return. Wish they offered food such as breakfast sandwhiches at this location. Bonus: my husband also loved it.

Rolled into Jamba Juice at 4pm on December 10th with one mission: secure a Red Gummie. My taste buds were ready. My spirit was ready. The universe… slightly less ready. They handed me a White Gummie instead—close, but not the nostalgic childhood-candy-flashback I was craving.
But here’s where this Jamba shined. The staff was so friendly it felt like they were auditioning for “Most Wholesome Humans Alive.” The moment I mentioned the mix-up, they remade it with zero hesitation, zero attitude, and maximum cheer. I’m convinced if I had asked for a smoothie shaped like a top hat, they would’ve given it their best shot.
The vibe was great, everything was clean, and honestly the customer service alone boosted my Vitamin C levels. Red Gummie secured. Day saved. Jamba Juice heroes crowned.
If you’re looking for a place where the staff smiles more than a kid on free-sample day, this is your spot.

A taste from up north, we used to live up north where Jamba Juice is very popular and having move down to Fl this is the closest location for us and we’re very happy any time we visit here! Staff is very sweet and generous and the drinks are always very tasty!

I am not sure about everyone else, but I had a great experience at Jamba. The kid that was trying to put a new mophead on while being the cashier was kind of funny. The girl that made my Acai Primo Bowl was nice, friendly, smiled, and said thank you. Great customer service. My Acai Primo Bowl was incredible! It was stack up with all the ingredients. (See pics) Highly recommended. I can't wait to go back again!

This is ridiculous!!! The first day I had a açaí bowel with Nutella and pb it was amazing! Very kind service the guy was from Brooklyn NY I appreciate him very much! I then had a açaí bowel the next day and it was straight up liquid, how are you supposed to eat that. The next day (today) my friend and I have the strawberry chunky bowel mine was again liquid and barely half full. After calling to ask how full it was supposed to be they told me to the top of the bowel. They then want me to return my bowel unconsumed (I had not eaten it) after I had walked a mile back to my room. This is ridiculous!!! These things should be made right if you’re going to charge $15 each and then add tax! I can’t even say this is worth $5. Gaylord palms Jamba Orlando.

This is a Jamba Juice inside the Gaylord resort. Every one of the staff at this Jamba Juice have an attitude problem. Especially the older guy that seems to be the senior employee. I’m not sure why?! It’s not a stressful job. It’s never that busy. They have a limited menu. But the vibe is the vibe of “the soup Nazi” from Seinfeld. The açaí bowls are pretty bad. Probably the worse compared to hundreds of açaí bowls Iv had at a variety of locations. The price is high but I expect that being inside the resort. Not dinging them for price. They just need a new attitude and maybe an update to their recipe. Two out of four bowls are made with grape juice which is just pure sugar. Portions are also small. Overall not recommended.

The smoothie was good. Nothing special however I actually took stars away because it’s the one place in the entire hotel where I felt like the customer service was lacking. The associate wasn’t rude per say but he just seemed like he didn’t want to be there and we were wasting his time which was unfortunate because everyone else elsewhere was so lovely.

We are at the convention center and in our lunch time went to get a smoothie . We were about 6 customers waiting for our orders. This guy was extremely rude, he call “Cynthia 3 times and walked back with the order, I told him Chyntia is here, and he turned to the pick up window and He looked at us rudely and disrespectfully throwing the bowl into the window. We all told him how disrespectful he was and there was not need for such behavior against customers, he responded way worst and asked all of us to go away and we said “no we are waiting for our orders” Then he said “I need the space for customers “ Mind you we were like 6 and the only customers waiting for orders, no one in line even ordering at the moment.
We said no, we are no going to move and he took the phone “to call security “ which I think he was pretending like if we were going to be scared or doing something wrong!
This person is a horrible face for this business, in such a great hotel!
