Went to eat at this location as it said on Google it was open only to find it closed due to lack of staff. Very unprofessional and if your not going to be open fix your information online

I drove 14miles round trip to get a tuna sub. I looked on the website and it never said that the Old town location was closed. The only one I saw that was closed was John Young, then I go to Nathan's and find out that this location has been closed for weeks!!!! I'm very dissatisfied with the way this place has been with customer service. Give me the general manager job I'd make sure the store was never closed and people showed up for work!

First time ever going to a Jimmy John's was very good but I asked them if I can have my sub heated and they either didn't hear me or they don't do heated Subs not sure other than that everything was great would have taste better hot

Am falling in love with the Unwich! JJ's has put a lot of thought into making a low carb hand held sandwich without the bread. Now mind you, both of their breads are fantastic. I was a huge fan of the 7 grain, it just doesn't work with my current goals. Quality food, super fast. Its probably a good thing I don't have one really close to me!
