Went to Joe's crab shack on 8/31/24 and had the best experience we have ever had at a restaurant.
Our server's name was Erika, she checked on our party numerous times throughout our time there. She made shore our orders came out correctly, and made sure that the extras that we wanted also came out as well. Her service was top notch, I don't know of any words that can say how exceptional she is. Joe's crab shack is very lucky to have her. Also another server saw how much fun we were having, came over and started joining us ( Brutis) was also great watching him with his tables. When we were finished I had asked the manager to come to the table. Most times they only hear bad things, so I wanted to tell her just what she has for a staff. Kim (the manager) was also very pleasant to speak to. WE Will BE GOING BACK. Thank you for the most wonderful evening.

Thank you Pyro my server was OUTSTANDING!!! He was such a great access to your company and I will be coming back!!! The atmosphere was outstanding. Even the hostess that wasn’t too thrilled I wanted a booth and not a table, but I’m a disabled veteran, so just going out sometimes is hard. So I’m very thankful ur hostess broke rotation as she said it. Because I needed a server like Pyros. So appreciative of her too.

If I could give a 3.5 I would. I was visiting family in FL from PA and the restaurant was nice along with our server! The food was half and half because some of my family ordered seafood boils while others ordered actual dishes.The actual entrees were delicious and my family loved them but the seafood boils were just ok.

I’m not sure if this place is supposed to be a tourist trap because Orlando is close by or if we just came on a bad day. My sister and I split their snow classic (3 snow crab clusters, 2 baby corn (so like a cob cut in half), shrimp, and sausage) and 2 family members also split a snow classic between them. The crab clusters were very small and had little to no meat inside. The portions of the shrimp, sausage, and potato were also super small. The potato was like if a small potato was cut into four. There’s no stated amount of how many items you’ll receive in your order ?? so it’s not like we could’ve foreseen it ?‍♀️ it just looked like a false advertisement because the website looks like huge full clusters?

Shrimp tacos and the seafood pasta were excellent. Great speciality drinks. Service was very good.

The food was really good, steam pot was packed full of crab legs, shrimp, sausage, sweet corn and a random boild egg ?‍♂️. The land and sea steak was cooked perfectly topped with shrimp, and the lobster tails were beautiful. However, be prepared for an expensive meal with the service charge already on the bill.

Sat there for 20+ minutes with us 5 being the only ones in line didn’t look very busy at all after still not even being acknowledged we left without anyone even talk to us about 730-8pm 7/19/24

From being seated to paying the bill..THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!!! Fast, Friendly and food was GREAT!! Seasoned well , Hot and tasty!! 10 out of 10. .. MUST RECOMMEND!
