We stopped by Johnny Rockets and had an amazing experience, all thanks to one incredible staff member — Eli. He was doing everything on the floor by himself: greeting and seating guests, handing out menus, taking orders, delivering food, handling checks — all while calmly managing 6–7 tables at once.
Despite being the only one front-of-house, our food and drinks came out quickly, and everything was delicious. I also want to commend the kitchen team for getting the meals out so promptly. We didn’t get their names, but their efficiency made a big difference.
Back to Eli: he was kind, patient, and stayed genuinely pleasant the entire time. Even when things were clearly busy, he never seemed flustered or rude — just calm and focused. I even went back in to ask his name and how I could give him a shoutout, and he humbly suggested a Google review.
So here it is: Eli, you’re a rockstar. Your hustle, attitude, and professionalism stood out and deserve to be recognized. Thank you for the excellent service. You made our visit memorable.

Doors locked, just looked at us and looked away. Boss showed up late, disheveled looking, and unlocked the door. Yeah, no thank you on that food.

The customer service is top-notch with the support of the employees. The employees were kind, helpful, and patient. The smokehouse burger was also top-notch – delicious, filling, and hefty in size. The only downside is having to pay for fries and a drink separately. Other than that, I 100% recommend this place. I'll be back again very soon!

I must say I was not impressed. I got the chilli dog and some chilli cheese fries. It was mediocre at best. The waitress was ok. I believe and felt that she was upset because I really didn't enjoy it. It just didn't do it for me. It was my first time ever. My husband had a jalapeno burger and chilli cheese tots. He loved it. That's the only reason I gave it a three star.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The burgers arent pale, instead they are juicy, crunchy, stretchy, chewy, all sorts of delicious!! The burgers are MASSIVE though, so i recommend a single, unless if you're starving- The staff was friendly, the food was great, milkshakes are creamy and full of flavor, but they did not have trolls worms for the dirt milkshake, but honestly its better that way.
