Was the first time i am writing a review due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was an african american, tall male just trying to rush my order. I ordered 3 boxes and after each time i asked for a box he wanted to close my transaction and asked me to pull forward in which i had to complete my order at the window with another person, hispanic female, that he demanded her to “cash them out”. She listened to my order and she is the reason i didn’t drive off. None of them had name tags to put a name to this review. They repeated the same sides as the first box. I will, unfortunately, promise not return to KFC.

We had a terrible experience. Terrible service. The staff are rude and impolite. They respond badly to customers by shouting. We came at 9 pm and they practically threw us out, even though they close at 11 pm. In addition, the burgers are very small.

I’m not sure how you are a KFC, and do not take KFC coupons. I went to a drive thru, ordered. Then mentioned I had a coupon and was told to bring it up.
Because it was a digital coupon, they could t take it because they did not have a scanner.
What is this? 1984?
Stop being so lame and get the necessary equipment.

Ordered through the app for a large family dinner. More than one-third of the food was missing. Corporate gave a refund, local restaurant didn't answer the phone
