How does someone buy a 16 piece family tender meal and not receive at least one singular sauce ? Am I in a fever dream? Told the guy to please put 6 bbqs and charge if need be for extra sauce , he said yes no problem and when I get home there’s not even a ketchup packet by mistake in there. Dry chicken and fries it is I guess?? This is the third time that this happened by the way. How else can I say I need sauce ? I mean words aren’t getting through idk what to do.

Every time I come here the chicken is always fresh, juicy, and seasoned perfectly! Years ago, I'd just go to Popeyes on the other street for their chicken, but this KFC has brought me back. Staff have been friendly every time I've gone. Always delicious!

Went through the drive thru. Employee seemed upset that we were ordering food. Happens everywhere now though. Biscuits were not cooked, tasted like dough. Chicken was way overcooked, burned and dry. Really sucks to pay $29.99 for that crap.

Terrible customer service. The first time they gave me raw chicken, and the second time they kicked me out because they were already closed, even though it was only 9 PM and according to GPS they closed at 12 AM. Today I went back again and the girl on duty closed the door in my face because they were already closed, and it was only 10:30 PM. They should improve their staff; if they don't want to serve customers or work, this isn't the right place for them to be.

I went through did through ordered 3 pc meal all white meat. First i got one white meat, not even a wing. Then, I noticed i was not given any utensils or napkins. So, okay, I went in to get it and let them know. It was like, so.... what's the matter. Not one person came to the counter to address the issue. And I said that's okay I'll get it myself. I thought the purpose of going through drivethru was to avoid getting out of your car and continue... this is not acceptable and it was rude and disrespectful. Especially with how expensive the food meals are!

I stopped by Kentucky Fried Chicken to order a bucket meal to go from the inside counter. The staff was friendly and quick to take my order, and everything was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The chicken was hot, crispy, and well-seasoned — exactly what you expect from KFC. The sides were fresh and packed neatly for the drive home, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving four instead of five stars is that the counter area could’ve been a bit cleaner and more organized during the dinner rush. Otherwise, it was a smooth experience with tasty food and good service. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving that classic KFC crunch!

This KFC ain't it. It's been in a decline for years now. The service is incredibly slow, followed by workers who really don't like being there. Everyone avoids you, and takes their time hanging out in the kitchen full plain view of the customers. Hopefully they close this down and put something a bit more sustainable in our community. This location also seems to be extra dirty for some reason.
