I have ordered from this KFC twice this week. Both times I ordered a large drink and a medium was delivered. Both times they got the sauces wrong. This last order I ordered 1 KFC Sauce and 1 Comeback Sauce. I was given 3 KFC Sauce. I also ordered 5 hot sauce, 5 ketchup and 2 honey. I received none of them. The bag is sealed by KFC before it is given to the delivery driver so it is clearly not the driver’s fault. This is absolute BS!!! I paid $28.84 for this one order because I like the food and love the hot sauce. I’m so angry over this. I am not able to leave my job or I would have saved the money and picked it up myself. The order was typed in. It was clearly displayed. Why is it so difficult to provide the order correctly?

I was standing at the cash register for over 15 minutes and not a single person came out to help me out. They were watching me from the back of the kitchen and kept talking like i was not there standing. Worst place ever.

Ordered online for pickup today. Upon entering the store two managers were arguing the place was dirty and the lady at the counter couldn’t even speak English to help the customers. The food was terrible the chicken was soggy and greasy it wasn’t the right color. The biscuits were hard and dry you could knock them against the table and hear it. The coleslaw was warm and had a weird taste. The fries were hard and overcooked. Terrible!!!
