Avoid at all costs. Dirty seating area, unbussed tables, staff refused to work counter. Several people waiting to be handed too go food but staff refused to hand over. Will be calling corporate on Monday

This location always seems to be short on staff. Got a refund tonight because they are stingy with the bowls. My kids love the bowls and this is the only location that seems to be doing that. I understand if they are following the procedure but KFC needs to stop thinking we are paying for air. Fill the damn thing up. Raising prices and giving less. If I want to spend a lot of money I’ll go to Popeyes. At least the food there is better.

Doordahers getting yelled at because the staff didn’t know what’s going on and the manager is the worst should be fired she working today shift at 5 just terrible corporate should look into this shut it down will be filing complaints so sad Pepe shouldn’t be abused like you doing us a favor we coming to you keeps your job that you clearly need why not hold some proudness to it honor your job the one you are blesssed with rather than acting lol trash as a manager.

Never coming here for food ever again. Walking in the A/C wasn’t even working and it was so hot in the restaurant just like outside. Half of the employees were not wearing their uniform and their restaurant was dirty because all the tables weren’t even clean yet and they had me waiting 40 minutes for my food terrible customer service I would recommend never going to the restaurant.
Took over 60 minutes from when my mobile order was due. Nobody in the store with a few in the drive through.

They should assign more staff, especially during the hours after students get out of school and people leave work. Today, I went to eat, and it took around 30 minutes for my food to be served. In addition, the place was extremely dirty; I had to choose the least dirty table. When the food finally arrived, the fries were burned, and the tenders I ordered seemed old. I was only able to eat one and a half because they didn’t taste good. Therefore, I believe they should hire more employees. I understand this is not the fault of the current staff, as they are probably doing the best they can, but no one likes to eat in a place that is dirty, makes you wait so long, and where the food is not in good condition.
