I went in with my family to order and takeout. I stand in front of the cashier but we were ignored by everyone. The two ladies at front did not acknowledge our presence, after a couple of minutes, I asked one of the ladies if I can order here and she completely ignored me and kept walking towards the back of the store. Finally the other lady who crossed in front of us several times decided to take our order, I proceeded to order and she asked me to wait, she walked towards the back of the store and came back saying that they don’t have chicken to fill our 12 piece family meal order. Even my 8 years old son felt bad about the attitude of the employee and the way we were treated. I will hate to see KFC going out of business like we have seen many of our American most recognized brands, but if they keep hiring people who does not care about the business but brings their personal issues to work, we will unfortunately going to continuing see our favorites fast foods going away. I had to go to Popeyes to get the fry chicken we were craving for, and honestly, we were impressed how they received us, in a very charming way. Food was great and we don’t regret it. We decided to avoid KFC, at least this terrible store and people. Consumers don’t deserve this.

So what happened was I went to go order a Nashville chicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich the lady with the red hair she took my order but she had a lot of attitude and when she gave me my food after eight minutes, she only gave me a three-piece Nashville chicken tenders instead of four and she was giving a lot of attitude to everybody even to her coworkers And one of her coworkers says do you have any change? She says I’m only one person OK she just asked you a simple question. It’s not gonna be the end of the world. Honestly, this staff member needs to be fired or needs to be discipline hard because she cannot bring that type of attitude to her workplace. Especially said she gets see the same people every single day And honestly, I believe she needs to be fired to teach her a lesson

When I arrived the employee was listening to something on her phone with headphones and she couldn't hear me or see me, I made signs to her by moving my arms loudly and raising my voice so she could hear me and when she turned around she looked at me badly and treated me in a bad way, she didn't greet me. and always with a bad face, the smell of the restaurant was nauseating, made you want to vomit, an employee can damage a craving or a restaurant
Tbh this place usually sucks, but I deff appreciated the service specially today! THANK YOU!

What a difference, in Lima there is Super Customer Service, the food has to be perfect or they will change it. In Orlando, it's embarrassing, the burnt potatoes seem to be refried and not cooked as they should be, the chicken is I ordered the original recipe and I don't know if it was crispy or original, and the person serving seems to be doing the customer a favor, it doesn't make me want to return. First time I say, in Peru everything is better (at least talking about KFC).
