Had a great time here at this location. The food was amazing but what stuck out the most was that incredible customer service I experienced when I walked through the door. I had Janalyz take my order and she went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Janalyz for giving me such a welcoming experience.

Terrible service The girl who served me with blue hair was super rude and very unprofessional, I didn't fly to this place well and here I am still without bringing me the chicken I ordered and I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes I hope that when they bring it to me it won't also go to be bad ugh the customer service on this site is terrible

Those who like fried chicken always come back, they have several options and it's good, many years of this franchise, it is still an option for many, we really liked the vegan nuggets but they no longer have them!!

Be very careful for the ones that do online orders with pick up will charge and not prepare the food . I think a particular manager is stealing our money.
Spend over 40 $ plus 15 + in deliveries in Uber eat and get the wrong order obviously no one can read, then wasted my gas and go there to get a obviously little girl with no professional skills on her phone clearly why the order desk was empty for over 5 min all come out ON their Phones and acting like I was an inconvenience, asking me how she can help attitude and phone still in hand and glancing at it. Smfh more of a reason to not order out

The staff is amazing really nice and fast shout out to Soto the food came fast the food is nothing special it's your typical fast food chicken place every thing was cleaned as soon as someone left it was very clean (including the bathroom) this should be the standard for every kfc but it not so I applaud them for doing better then the rest so I give this a 4/5

Very poor customer service.Drive through worker asked if I was ready to order , I said give me a moment to figure out what I wanted. & they proceeded to get loud & say are you going to place your order. I said we are almost ready & the employee was very rude and said “okay whatever”I go inside to order & seems like the staff isn’t working, there’s so many people waiting at the counter. If I were you I would just order food somewhere else.

I tasted blood in the chicken and the lobby was locked at 9:00 p.m. even though it says that it opens till 10:00 p.m. the staff was pretty friendly though.
