I have always enjoyed KFC, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The food was not up to par at all. The chicken, which should be the star of the meal, was dry and lacked the crispy, flavorful coating that KFC is known for. The sides were mediocre at best, and the biscuits were like bricks—hard, dry, and nearly impossible to eat without drowning them in butter or a drink. KFC used to have some of the best biscuits, but this location really missed the mark.
The service was okay—nothing outstanding, but at least the staff was polite. However, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was not great. The tables were not wiped down properly, the floor had crumbs and trash scattered around, and the drink station was messy. It just didn’t feel as well-maintained as it should be, especially for a well-known fast-food chain.
I really hope management takes the time to improve both the food quality and cleanliness. KFC has the potential to be great, but this location needs some work. Until then, I might think twice before returning. 🍗🥤🚫

This particular restaurant was the bomb! The two employees working there, Susan and Kat, were so friendly and accommodating. Their personalities and attitudes added to the experience of the wonderful food. These gals need to be teaching a class on hospitality and what it takes to make great people for their customers. And just to add, they’ll sing with you “ Sugar pie, honey bunch” if you ask them. Kudos.

I never leave reviews like this. but I feel so insulted, that I had to. i ordered a few chicken sandwiches to go, and EACH ONE was missing a top bun. KFC, are you so down that you cant afford top bread? 3 sandwiches, all 3 without top buns. i wasnt about to drive back- so had to use my home bread. never again.

I went in tonight to get a meal and it was nice walking in and seeing all the employees happy and chilling and smiling and the lobby was clean and my food was great awesome service!
I arrived half an hour before closing and they didn't let me order anything, even though it was half an hour before!! Impossible 😡😡😡😡

7pm on a Saturday night had zero chicken saying 30 minute wait . In busy Orlando you figured they keep up 🤷♂️guy running the drive through told me to come in and I could see for myself how busy they were ,I’m sorry but being a poorly prepared non-planning and bad staffing was my problem. Very unprofessional but typical for the area and type of people they employee . Shouldn’t have expected anything better .
