I enjoyed KFC as I experienced it first time. The menu is well built. I can appreciate it more if they reduce the salt in the fried chicken. Beverage tasted with a bit of chlorine which was odd.

It's unbelievable that it takes 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the counter to serve you. And incredibly, they don't even give you free water. This KFC is so disappointing.

Maybe it was due to the fact that it was Halloween but the service was horrible. There were highly understaffed. So everyone was using the kios to place their orders without any type of greetings or being prompted to do so. I didn't want to use it but after standing in a unorganized line for almost 5 min without anyone recommending us to use the kios I decide that that would be my best bet. The only time that an employer came to the front counter was to hand someone their order. Our order was in the preparation status for over 45 min. After continuously going to the counter to check the status on the screen I noticed that there was only 3 employers working. I wish that they would have had the courtesy to state to the customers that there was going to be an extended wait time because I would have understood and possibly opted to go somewhere else. I also asked for a water cup (I really just wanted some ice, I'm anemic) and was told that we don't have any at this time but you can purchase a cup for $1.99 after the long wait. I was like and take another 30 min to get my drink because we didn't even get out cups untill we received our order. No thank you. Hopefully this was just an off day but this is an heavy traffic and tourist area so I would have thought that the service would have been better.

I have always enjoyed KFC, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The food was not up to par at all. The chicken, which should be the star of the meal, was dry and lacked the crispy, flavorful coating that KFC is known for. The sides were mediocre at best, and the biscuits were like bricks—hard, dry, and nearly impossible to eat without drowning them in butter or a drink. KFC used to have some of the best biscuits, but this location really missed the mark.
The service was okay—nothing outstanding, but at least the staff was polite. However, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was not great. The tables were not wiped down properly, the floor had crumbs and trash scattered around, and the drink station was messy. It just didn’t feel as well-maintained as it should be, especially for a well-known fast-food chain.
I really hope management takes the time to improve both the food quality and cleanliness. KFC has the potential to be great, but this location needs some work. Until then, I might think twice before returning. 🍗🥤🚫
