I have always enjoyed KFC, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The food was not up to par at all. The chicken, which should be the star of the meal, was dry and lacked the crispy, flavorful coating that KFC is known for. The sides were mediocre at best, and the biscuits were like bricks—hard, dry, and nearly impossible to eat without drowning them in butter or a drink. KFC used to have some of the best biscuits, but this location...

This particular restaurant was the bomb! The two employees working there, Susan and Kat, were so friendly and accommodating. Their personalities and attitudes added to the experience of the wonderful food. These gals need to be teaching a class on hospitality and what it takes to make great people for their customers. And just to add, they’ll sing with you “ Sugar pie, honey bunch” if you ask them. Kudos.

I went in tonight to get a meal and it was nice walking in and seeing all the employees happy and chilling and smiling and the lobby was clean and my food was great awesome service!
