I went this evening & ordered an 8 count meal. I switched 2 of the pieces to be a breast so a total of 4 breasts which was an additional $1 each so $2. Got home & opened my meal to realize they charged me $2 but didn’t provide the 2 breasts I had upgraded to. I tried to call and there is no answer. I really don’t want to drive back there. This isn’t the first time I have ordered something and gotten something different at this location.

A small KFC. The upside is there’s an adjoining Pizza Hut. The servers are very nice. They don’t have my crispy they give us breast and wings instead. also we are getting a free gravy. Chicken pieces are delicious and hot. We will return.

Walked in and tried to placed order in kiosk. Several people in line. Kiosk is right in front of the door. Lobby was disgusting. Large soda spilled right in middle of floor with trash on tables. No employees visible. Waited for about 5 minutes and just disgusted. Walked out. You’ve earned my 1 star because I can’t give zero stars.

I wasn’t really happy because I didn’t get a good fresh food
I know, KFC employees don't care. However, when you have just 30 minutes for lunch, and you get your order and rush back to work to eat but your chicken is dry and old. Is very disappointing 😞 and on top of that you paid for your food. I hope you keep in mind that we all serve each other. Thanks KFC for your dedication to serving those that come in hungry. Absolutely would not recommend this location place a $70 order through the app. Arrived at Store show them confirmation they confirmed it was the store, but they refuse to give the chicken Called corporate corporate said oh sorry there’s nothing we can do 10 out of 10. Don’t waste your money in this area. Go somewhere else while visiting Disney.

Great service, but the food quality isn’t consistent. Some days the chicken is perfectly crispy and fresh, other times it’s dry or overcooked. I just wish they kept the same cooking standard every time — it would really make KFC stand out.
