Wish I'd done my research and cancelled my uber eats order when I could see it wasn't going to be ready anytime soon. Waited an hour for priority delivery, only for the time to then get later and later finally delivered at midnight but arrived cold soggy and with most items missing. Disgusting!

Ordered my uber eats from here. The food took almost an hour to get done. I looked at the map and my uber driver was just sitting there waiting. Extremely annoying to wait that long for FAST FOOD and to receive it cold :) never ordering from here again.

Just go down the road 10 more minutes to the KFC on 27. This place needed to be closed years ago as they don't care about the customer. Food isn't cooked properly, most of the time raw and you wait 45 minutes for your order. RAW chicken can kill you, stop messing with these folks.

Great service — just missing the waffles.

We placed a digital order directly through the restaurant’s website to try a new menu item: waffles. They were available online with no indication they weren’t in stock, and there was even a big poster in the restaurant advertising them.

Unfortunately, when my husband and father arrived to pick up our order, they were told the waffles weren’t available. It was disappointing — especially since they were clearly promoted — and the waffles had been ordered specifically for my mom.

To the restaurant’s credit, they felt bad and handled it with kindness. They let my dad choose a replacement item, which was appreciated. Still, it would’ve been nice to get a heads-up during the ordering process or have some kind of alert on the website so we could adjust before checkout.

We’ve always had good experiences here, and I’m sure this was just a hiccup. Hopefully next time the waffles make it from the poster to the plate!

We placed an Uber Eats order from this KFC, for over $100, and it was actually shocking how many items were missing, every meal was incorrect, missing items, all the sides, dips, sauces were missing. Looking at previous reviews it seems to be a common issue. Waiting on Uber eats to refund.
