I went this evening & ordered an 8 count meal. I switched 2 of the pieces to be a breast so a total of 4 breasts which was an additional $1 each so $2. Got home & opened my meal to realize they charged me $2 but didn’t provide the 2 breasts I had upgraded to. I tried to call and there is no answer. I really don’t want to drive back there. This isn’t the first time I have ordered something and gotten something different at this location.

A small KFC. The upside is there’s an adjoining Pizza Hut. The servers are very nice. They don’t have my crispy they give us breast and wings instead. also we are getting a free gravy.

Great service, but the food quality isn’t consistent. Some days the chicken is perfectly crispy and fresh, other times it’s dry or overcooked. I just wish they kept the same cooking standard every time — it would really make KFC stand out.
