Everything here is good! I like to try something new every time I go. My son loves the ramen volcano 🌋 & Jenny was an amazingggg help!!! Love her ❤️ & loveeeee this place so much!!!

I have been there on several occasions and lately the establishment has a very unpleasant smell, a smell that cannot be tolerated. I ordered a sandwich to take away and it tastes like the same thing the establishment smells like, the smell also sticks to the food. Awful!!

I’ve been coming here for the last two years. We have always order the fresas con crema. It’s a large cup filled with delicious strawberries. I’ve never had an issue until today. The employee with the braces prepared the same order that we always order but she placed the strawberry in a smaller cup. We only asked her about the size of the cup and she quickly answered without hesitation that the cup she gave us has been the same one and that she has been working here for a year and it hasn’t changed. I told her that I disagree and that maybe there was some type of mistake. She then starts to ask who served you, and when? I don’t know. Does she think I keep track of the days and who serves me? Of course not. She began to speak to me with sarcasm and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager about it. I said no. I just wanted to leave because she kept lying to me like I can’t read the menu. She said there are two size and that it’s on the menu sarcastically. She even showed me the menu and began pointing down on it and explaining it to me. I looked down at the menu and guess what?? It doesn’t say small, or large. Right there I just smiled and looked at her and told her we didn’t want it. Those are the type of lyer’s that believe there own lies. Does she not notice that I can read?? I understand what I’m looking at. Another customer that was also hearing our conversation decided to join and she told the employee that I was right and that she has also been coming here for years and that it hasn’t changed. In addition, the customer also had an altercation with her about the same issue. Even so, the employee was nasty and sarcastic and just because of this I will never come here again. I wanted to share this just in case it happens to any one else. Beware of the charges and the size of your dessert. It seems like they do this often. The price was initially $4.99, then with all the increase on prices nationwide it went up to $7.99. I was fine with the price since it’s still a good portion but today she tried to charge me the $7.99 for a small cup and I refused. Please be careful. On the positive end, the desserts are so good.
