Wow !!! Qu'elle spectacle Un repas en vos 3 🤣🤣 Tellement bon miammm Il donne des boites qui vont au Micro-onde 👍
Started off well the girl asked if celebrating I told her my husband birthday. Later towards end of meal drinks needed refilled at table she was nowhere and took awhile to get checked out. The part that upset me the other table they did the happy birthday cupcake and celebrated their birthday but nothing for us. For the price and experience we should get better service.
I took the family for Thanksgiving dinner and the service was great, the chef was entertaining and the food excellent! We will be back.
Kobe is not what it was a year ago. The restaurant is LOUD! making it difficult to hear your server, table mates and anyone else who is talking. Steaks, chicken and shrimp were tasty but much smaller portions. They load you up on fried rice and noodles and now use cheap veggies, for example tons of giant carrots and onions and hardly any squash or broccoli. No seasoning or sesame seeds on the fried rice except lots of garlic and soy sauce, did I mention lots of garlic and soy sauce? And, if you ask for no fried rice and extra veggies they charge $3 more. It's a pricy meal and the chef's "show" hasn't changed in decades. Once upon a time this was a fun experience, not anymore.
Best Hibachi experience I have ever had. This is a must have for dinner or lunch while in Orlando. Simply the cultural, vibe experience is top notch and we were highly impressed with the hospitality kindness expressed from the hostess, servers, chef, and the management.
Don't like to name names but the Hibachi experience is supposed to be a show as well as great food and our chef really fell extremely short of any previous hibachi experience my group has had. Service by the remainder of the staff was quite good.
Food was good, show was average. We have had better, but also much worse. Come to Appleton, WI and see how it should be done. Service was outstanding.
Good service. Very loud. Food mediocre Surprised that had to wait ~20 minutes despite reservation
I celebrated my birthday. We had a wonderful time. Our chef Nori prepared a great meal. His chicken was cooked to perfection. Our server Rosa was friendly and attentive. This Kobe has a very spacious atmosphere. I love the soup and the fried rice is amazing. I will be back.
We have been to this restaurant before and have loved it. This time seemed very different. We were seated after waiting 10 minutes and then had to wait another 20 minutes before others arrived to fill our table and even longer for food. As always the chef was great as was the food but the constant waiting wasn't good. The lady that served us drinks was very friendly but never returned to take further drinks orders so we effectively had one drink the whole evening.. I appreciate you can't start the dining experience with only half a table but you seemed to be waiting to fill tables and thus took quite some times as it was t ai busy. This should be addressed when your system takes booking.

My family just moved to Orlando last week and Kobe is a fan favorite already - we've been in twice so far and plan on visiting frequently. It was a bit difficult to hear the staff members at our table with the vent on however but that wasn't a deal breaker by any means.
There were no negatives at all...food was excellent, and plenty of it! Chef was outstanding. My daughter requires gluten free food, and this was no problem at all foe them....she loved it as much as us! Next time we're in Florida, we'll be back.
I love the bull outside

I moved out of state for several years and was eager to eat at Kobe's when I returned. The entire experience was disappointing, to say the least. I could not order by phone. I had to call twice for help. One specification I needed was not available online, so I had to go without because I did not feel like calling a third time.
Update:
I posted the review above before I picked up my food. The food was barely lukewarm, which was a surprise because I arrived there 15 minutes after I called. What's interesting is the girl who likely took my calls before I got there said your food has been ready for a while. I honestly think they pre-cooked a whole bunch of food and let it sit there for upcoming orders. That's the only thing that makes sense. Also, the yum yum sauce tastes different, and the noodles were not as good as they used to be. This is definitely NOT the Kobe’s brand I remember eating at often 5 years ago. I will not be back.
I am excited and on the hunt for a new Hibachi spot!
Antonio was a great waiter! He attended to all our needs as well as made sure our food was good and our drinks were full. Thank you!
Joseph was a great chef! He cooked all the food perfectly. We appreciate great food! Thank you!
