Came here for my daughter birthday, we had a party of 12 . The hostess was really nice, I just wished my waitress would have had extra help with that amount of people at our table. Food wasn’t coming out consistently had to wait awhile. I feel like large groups should have been given two tablets to order off off, and The burners were constantly burning and we had to wait until she changed them out, it was a bit annoying for the time frame we had to wait. She was nice but she needed help. The food that we did eat was okay.

Been here multiple times and food is great but service is one of the worst... Waitress Kristen rarely visited table to check on grille or drinks. After said we were done took 35mins to get check. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location either... terrible

Great Korean barbecue in a funky modern neon setting.

When I lived in Japan, my favorite restaurant was (ironically) a mom-n-pop Korean barbecue restaurant. Okay, so K-Pot wasn't QUITE that good, but it definitely wasn't disappointing. Lots of choices, a nice sauce and toppings bar, and very fast and friendly service. They were able to accommodate our large group (13 of us) on short notice and kept the food coming. I'm a big fan of beef tongue and what they had here was great. The popular favorite at the table was the Angus steak, which was definitely delicious.

You have 3 options and everyone at the table has to order the same thing: hot pot, barbecue, or both. They are all all-you-can-eat, and we certainly got our money's worth.

This is a cook it yourself restaurant, so you control how well done everything gets. As it happened, one of our group had experience working in a Korean barbecue restaurant, so he managed most of the food prep and ordering for us.

Overall I'd say we all had a lot of very good food and a great time.

Vegetarian options: Lots of meat, and things being cooked on shared burners, so while I'm sure vegetarians could find something good to eat, it's definitely not especially vegetarian-friendly.

KPOT is my go to when I come to Orlando but this location was the worst. The meat portions were for basically for a party of one, when I came in with a bigger party (mind we ordered multiple portions of the same thing on the app). Had dirty plates the whole time and had to request for my BBQ screen to be replaced with the server no where to be seen. Our servers have always been on point, but not this time.

We love visiting Korean BBQ restaurants and we stopped by on 10/11/24. Everything was awesome as expected! The best part was our server - Daria. She was on top of everything and very aware when we needed something. Daria was friendly & treated us like family!!

Overall: excellent hotpot spot and very good kbbq! Great deal for the price (was $36 for unlimited of both per person for 2 hours), excellent service, and a wide selection of food options to use for the hotpot and kbbq. Tons of options for the dip station too. The kimchi at the dip station was good. My biggest critique was the mushroom stock was just okay and the shiitake mushrooms were not good, but even if you’re a mushroom lover (which I am), I wouldn’t let this stop you from going. I would still 100% come back and even looked up if there are locations close to my home to go to!

Hotpot: it is individual hotpot which is quite nice so you can control what you want in it, cooking times, etc. without worrying about serving others or if you’re concerned about germs. I had the mushroom stock and my husband had the tom yum stock. The mushroom stock was probably a 3/5 to be honest compared to other mushroom stocks I’ve had. My husband said the tom yum was excellent. However the okay stock was very easily not a concern whatsoever based on the vast options for meat, veggies, and noodles. I am a huge veggie person for hotpot and was very pleased. The shiitake mushrooms they came already soaked or rehydrated and were very chewy so the texture was bad. I would not get those again. But everything else was fantastic.

Kbbq: very good and my husband loved the vast options of meat. I think he had 9 types of protein by the end of the meal! He especially liked the bulgogi, salmon, and mini octopus.

Dip station: had all the standards and name brand LGM chili oil which I was happy with
