My thanks to the sweet young lady who helped me make a delicious choice. Usually, the night staff is tired and wants to just go home, but this employee had a smile the whole time and gave my wife, daughter, and me a fresh hot donut each off the rack.
Customer for life......as short as it will be eating donuts all the time. JK, still I will be returning soon.

We love KK. The staff are always amazing and the original glazed are an absolute MUST do when the "Hot and fresh" sign is lit up. We're from Eastern Canada, and there are no KK where we live. Its always a treat to stop in here when we visit Orlando (several times a year). My favorite donut is not the original glazed.. but I got to tell you, there is NOTHING better than the glazed donut when it comes off the assembly line right in front of you. It is absolutely amazing. A special Thank you Mary for providing us with a great visit to your store.

If you haven't had a warm Krispy Kreme glazed donut right off of the conveyor belt, you haven't lived. Night and Day difference from grocery store bought.

I don't go to Krispy Kreme hardly ever, but had a taste for donuts. I went through the drive thru and the girl named Shamaia needs extensive training in customer service. I asked for one plain cake donut and was rudely told we don't have plain cake donuts, we'll your website says you do. I took the Blueberry cake donut instead. I then added 1 chocolate iced donut and was rudely asked how many? Well I said 1. Had you listened more closely and not had an attitude like she really didn't want to work this review would have reflected 5 stars instead of 1 for service. I was being nice for just giving 1.

The truth is that I feel that the quality has gone down which makes me sad since it is my favorite donut place.

We went a while back for the green dozen and they had ran out of mixture for donuts but the manager came and gave us 2 free dozens for the inconvenience highly recommend this place n management.

I was missing a donut in my order. I ordered a total of 13 donuts. Mimi did not acknowledge the inaccuracy of her order picking. I mentioned to her numerous times that I was missing a donut. I even tried to show her the order confirmation email details of each donut. Not once did she try to hear what I was saying. She then asked me for the receipt on the box. Mimi continued to tell me that the box was filled up and that I have all of my donuts. If I ordered 13 donuts and the dozen box is complete filled, where is the 13th donut? I began to get annoyed. How can you not read or comprehend your own receipt from your establishment? The donut that was missing was a special donut for my child. Mimi gave me a headache while trying to give my child a special donut. Thanks anyways.

I arrived and waited to order. Everything was OK, just a little bit slow. I ordered the first 3 donuts, and they were heaven, so fresh and warm, so I decided to order another 3 to bring home, and I waited a SOLID 15 MIN just to order 3 donuts, there was a couple with more than 20 min only waiting for a drink, while the manager was walking around, I think she were doing inventory (but if you are THAT short staff and having one on break because I saw the other lady arriving you need to give support to your staff) so I just went tired of wait and decide to not buy nothing else and I asked for the manager, her and another lady next to her look at me as I was the worse person ever they were so offended when a I told them that is ridiculous put a customer wait 15 min for only 3 donuts that are already made and the service was horrible.
