I usually love this location. Someome purchased for the valentine box for me and this is what I got. So disappointed, i only recieved 4 vday donuts. I added what it should be and what I received. 😔

Do NOT use the app to place an order because you NEVER get what you order. Also make sure to count your doughnuts because for some reason some of the employees are unable to understand that one dozen doughnuts is 12 doughnuts. I was given 11 in a 12 doughnut order and when I made the girl count them she looked clueless like she couldn’t understand why 11 in a dozen doughnut order was wrong.

Here at 4:00 pm and they are out of almost all donuts. They don’t close until 11:00pm. Employee said they will probably only be making plain glazed donuts. Employee was not very friendly.

The store was pretty busy when we visited but Janette was so patient and such a sweetheart, took care of the customer concerns and gave us some nice tips for our drinks selection.

Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut spot. I wish there were more around. My only complaint is how pricey they have gotten.

Ample parking. Friendly staff. Fast service. Delicious doughnuts! First time we were told that we couldn't use cash! Variety was good as well as quantity. Light wasn't on so no free original doughnut! No problem getting free Winter doughnut w/purchase but my sister did have a problem w/app!

Second time doing delivery and it’s disappointing! I thought since it’s been a while let me try again but nope! First time they forgot a dozen donuts and brought one dozen. Second time they literally have no donuts and it’s early. Super sad managers should be doing something!

During my family's trips to Orlando we always look forward to a Krispy Kreme donut from the shop around the corner. Today I picked up a dozen donuts for about 20 dollars including our favorite raspberry filled. What happened!?!? Raspberry filling has changed and the donut is barely filled. Even the chocolate filled specialty donut (you pay more for) barely had any filling. So sad to see Krispy Kreme go down hill trading quality for profit. 😩

My son and I had a weekly date every Wednesday before daycare drop off for the last 2 years. Miss Ruby has ended up being more of a draw than the delicious donuts. My son loves watching the donut factory and telling Miss Ruby good morning every week. We will miss her (we are moving to another state) and our weekly donut day.

Love this place. Like to hit it after Disney, catch a dozen, grab a good coffee, and hit the road. With a coupon, you c a n get all that for similar price to that couple of specialty coffees at Starbucks in Disney!
