Krispy Kreme

We ended up going to this Krispy Kreme around 915-ish this evening and we waited about 10 minutes in the drive-through. No one spoke through the speakers.we pulled up to the window and we noticed that there was, I believe was the manager and an employee.The employee was cleaning the floor and throwing water on the floor and then he finally noticed us in the drive-through window. My husband asked for half a dozen of donuts and he noticed that the employee did not change his gloves when grabbing the donuts.When my husband kindly ask the employee to change his gloves, the employee shut the window and threw the box of donuts on the floor. At that point we drove off. As a previous fast food manager, I’m aware of the rules and regulations, and this is unacceptable. Every customer should be treated with great service and people can easy get sick.

$30 bucks for 24 donuts. Seems high but obviously there was a line every time we were at this location the last week. Good quality and staff got people in and out quickly.

I ordered some Doughnut Dots, they are not round shaped, they just cut the big one into pieces. And 24 assorted one didn't include cinnamon and powder ones, just a lot of original glazed ones and a bit of sprinkles and cookie crumble ones. They were also cut from big doughnuts. I checked what they're supposed to look like on other people's photos here, but they look way bigger than what I got. It's not just matter of shape, but also size. If you guys were out of Doughnut Dots, you should have let me know and rather cancel the order or give me other options. I never know who touched these doughnuts to cut into pieces.

This proved to be a great little pit stop on our day out. We went in early morning when all the donuts were being put out fresh, they looked sensational!
What I loved: great choice of flavours, incredibly tasty food, fairly priced and really friendly team members. Easy to park outside and a great location. Will definitely return!

This location is always out of something, drive thru down, bad service, little to no communication from employees. The company as a whole has gotten rid of so many of their good donuts and only has very basic options. Krispy kreme should just bite the bullet and close for good.

Systems were down, cash only, not taking coupons, discounts, nothing. Full price for everything, no free fresh glazed donuts either. Ridiculous, all donuts should have been marked to $1. Also, out of pumpkin, blueberry and a few others before 9am. What a hot mess this location is. $16 for 6 donuts is ridiculous as well.

The traditional donuts and Sicilian lemon are really worth it. In the week of your birthday you will be entitled to a box with 12 donuts, if you subscribe.
