Was out this way on a women’s retreat- was eating at nearby restaurant. Seen that the RED LIGHT was on(iykyk) There was a young guy that dealt with us women who had major sweet tooth’s lol he was so nice. Allowed us to have samples of hot gooey glazed goodness 😩 not too many locations left so if you’re looking for a good ole fashioned glazed doughnut please don’t cheat yourself buy a dozen because you will want more than one or even two lol

Wow!! What a game changer this visit was!! I tried another location first, but they admitted they had a so/so selection because of a machine issue or something??!! Cool. I came here, and the universe was clearly on my side 🤩

I don’t have Krispy Kreme’s in my area, so I was thrilled with this fully stocked store!!! Myrline greeted me with a smile, and then she handed me a freshly baked donut, right off the rack 🤭 What service!! It might be the best donut I’ve ever had. I was so excited by the vast and tasty selection I decided to buy a tee shirt!! I asked Myrline to sign it, but she couldn’t find a pen :/ I didn’t want to hold the line up so I told her I’d sign it for her. Here’s proof!!

Myrline your service and smile made ml day. Thank you for your help and the tasty donuts. I’m definitely coming back!!

Understaffed at 6pm on a Sunday I went inside for a 3 pack of donuts it took 20 minutes because the person working the drive thru was taking orders and working the inside counter at the same time

Can’t go wrong when the hot sign on !!!

Everytime I come here I am disappointed.
They never have what I want, amd the food is NEVER fresh.
The doughnuts are always stale and they look sort of... dirty.
Anyways im done wasting my money and time here.
Staff is rude too.

As soon as I walked in the door, I had a person that works there named Mary and she was so wonderful.. she was warm pleasant and offered a sample after thoroughly enjoying my sample. I ordered a dozen of donuts and a coffee sat down and enjoyed the fresh donuts that were just made hot off the line. There’s nothing like a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut thank you Mary for your great service and thank you to the owner of this location. I will also let my nephew who is a food reviewer with JosheatsFL. To stop here is next time in Orlando to do a donut review because he loves his donuts.

Service was terrible all around. Took 3 people to process a refund in which they did 2 in the span of 10 mins, all because online orders were not accounted for and out of stock upon customers arrivals.

Every single associate had ZERO sense of urgency and moved slower than my grandma. This place needs a change of leadership. Out of stock on almost everything.
