The host refused to seat me and forced me to take my food to go because I have a service dog, and they didn't want him on the carpetEdit: spoke to Hotel team and am satisfied. Increased overall score and increased Service score due to timely and attentive response

My wife and I stay at this hotel often and do not feel like dealing with traffic once we get back to the hotel. The food here is awesome! I have had about everything on the menu and only had one thing that wasn't good, but they fixed it right away. The staff is always friendly and attentive as well! Even if you aren't staying at the Embassy Suites, you should try the food! It doesn't disappoint! They have everything from, burgers, chicken sandwich, philly cheese steaks, mahi, salmon, ribeye steak. I always look forward to their burgers here and can't wait to have another!

Ambiance very relaxing when you first enter and throughout your whole experience there. Dimed lights and relaxed settings. It felt like dining on a cruise. The staff was very nice and they did receive us in a professional way. Wait time was about 15 mins. Food was absolutely delicious! The pasta I ordered I did however sprinkled a hint of salt. I personally felt it needed just a hint more. But it was delicious. The nuttiness of the butter with the cheese and white wine paired very well. The vegetables added a nice crunch and flavor to the pasta. My husband's beef tips meal was also very delicious. The sauce went well with the vegetables that were cooked to perfection! The meat very tender and also cooked to perfection! Everything was superb And we will be returning in the future! Excellent!

We split a ham and pineapple pizza that was enough for 2 for $17...Martini a little high at $14 but Estefany was very nice and helpful---They DO add 18% for tip so make sure and add a few percents for good service. This is in the Embassy Suites and the free breakfast is very good as well.

I ate here 3 nights in a row, I don’t get some of the reviews. 1st night steak tips, we’re great. 2nd night, chicken panko sandwich really good & huge piece of chicken and 3rd night I had the flatbread at the bar of steak/blue cheese, good size portion & really good. All 3 evenings, bartender/waitress Nicole absolutely great, remembers your drink orders day over day and spot on.

Food was very well done and every meal was delicious. We even ordered to-go for our room the next day. Food; salmon w vegetables, salmon was cooked just perfectly to not be over dry and tons of flavor over rice. Beef tips were tender and juicy. Ribs literally fell off the bone they were so moist. Our to-go included a burger, cooked just how we wanted, nice soft bun, crisp fries with it. The cheese pizza we got was not a cheap thrown together pie, but was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The kids spaghetti had nice thick sauce not a cheap runny tomato sauceRestaurant would easily go up to 5 stars if service was a little faster. We were there with only 1 other table and had to repeatedly wait on our server. There were a few times parties were at the front with no host at the front either.

It was our first stay at the Embassy Hilton Hotel Lake Buena Vista South and wanted to try the Kyng's Grill Restaurant that is inside the Hotel. The food advertised looked so delicious. My family and I really enjoyed the service from Estefany. She made us feel really welcomed and was very nice and was well knowledged in their food/ drink selection. The food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

Service and food were great. I had a Groupon that I was using. I also had an expired Groupon from 4 years earlier that I had bought for a trip that had to be cancelled. I showed the expired Groupon to the waiter, where I had underlined the sentence that said, "This Groupon never expires and will always be worth the price paid for it," The very kind waiter took the paper to ask his boss about it. He came back and told me I could use it to order something up to what I had paid, $45. He brought me a menu and said I could even carry out an entree for my daughter. He said the only stipulation was that I had to use the whole value at once that there could be no credit given if I did not spend all $45. I did not even care if I only received partial value. I called my daughter, and she chose an entree ($23). I thought my husband and I would also order a dessert to share. The waiter then came back with some "bad news." It was decided I could not use this...they had changed their mind or asked someone else!! Even though the certificate clearly stated the value paid never expires! I was told I would have to take it up with Groupon. When I called Groupon, I was told I should have been allowed to use the $45. They gave me two choices: (1) They could issue me credit for what I had paid or (2) They would call the restaurant to try to get this straightened out, as they said the restaurant should have been able to honor it. They also told me that if I chose option 2, it might take about a week for them to contact the restaurant and get back to me. I chose Option 1, and Groupon issued me the credit of what I had paid. I greatly appreciated that Groupon stood behind what was right. I would have not been upset at all if I was at first told in the restaurant, they could not honor it. After bringing me the menu so I could take an entree to my daughter, they changed their mind. It kind of soured the whole experience of eating there after this happened. I do want to reiterate that the food was very good, as was the service. I feel the manager should know what the things are that they have agreed to do with Groupon. If they decided not to honor it, it would have been great customer service to say, "Sorry, we cannot honor it, but here is a dessert to make up for this situation." I would have been appeased!!

Me and hubby took our 1 yr old kiddo here tonight. It took almost 20 mins for somebody finally show up to take our order. The food was not good, overcooked and no flavor, we didn't get drink refilled either. However, BE AWARE!! They charge 18% tips without asking at the end.

The only thing that was lacking, were the hours that they were open. I understand things are different at the moment. But on the weekend I would assume they would be open from mid morning to evening close. It would have had been nice to get mimosa or a bloody Mary with a nice brunch/appetizer. That's why I only gets a four star. Food delicious. Prices for a hotel fabulous. Staff friendly.

This is a hidden gem of a hotel restaurant. The dinner entrees were delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Please give this restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed!!!
