How is possible that you will charge 18% tip whitout letting know the client? The check it was supposed to be $70 dollars and automatically went to $91. I don't mind tipping, but you should ask how restaurants normally do, so if you're on a tight budget, I don't think this place is a good idea. Never coming back.

The terrible service, we ordered a steak and it was full of fat people and when we paid, first they charged 12% and then 18% for a terrible service. I think the change of owner or cook was very bad.

The food was enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by a disappointing level of service. From the start, it was clear that the staff were inattentive and unorganized. The dishes themselves were flavorful and well-prepared, making it clear that the kitchen knows what they’re doing. In fact, I’d recommend the food to anyone. But, given the level of service I experienced, it might be wise for the restaurant to consider switching to a to-go-only model. Without the pressure of managing table service, they could focus on what they excel at: cooking delicious food. They might find that their strengths as a food establishment would shine brighter without the burden of poor service dragging down the overall experience.

Today we bought 2 lunches, mine was a paisa tray, the egg was burnt and extremely small, the beans were very bad, if they see that the avocado is damaged, why should they put it in…. 2 juices that were just water, although I loved this restaurant, it was very good.
