Amazing Food and Excellent Service

We had a fantastic experience at Carne en Vara La Gloria Grill. From the moment we arrived, the attention and service were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The food was simply incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. In fact, the food was so good that by the time we remembered to take a photo for this review, there was almost nothing...

Terrific food! Tasty and delicious and well prepared! I had the combo apure which is the steak and a serving of rice and maduros and arepitas (that came with a little drizzle of cheese and nata), this was good for two people! Also, they have a variety of natural juices (they are very natural!!!!) specially papelon with lemon (we picked the jar which I do recommend! Can filled up to four vases). Really great place and for the serving and the kind of food I feel it is price reasonable....

We were on vacation and decided to stop by La Gloria, and we’re so glad we did. The food was great, the service was friendly, and everything felt truly authentic. We would absolutely recommend anyone visiting to come give it a try!
