When I tell you the most raciest people encountered. I love the food but the service was the last time I tolerate disrespect. When I tell you if youāre not there kind, the experience every time I walk in that place is such disappointment it leaves a bad impression. I spend just as everyone else. Never again this why I only do drive through they can only judge by not speaking Spanish. Ughhhh Iām so disappointed and hungry. I left after waiting for two other Spanish family walk in and immediately they started taking their orderā¦mind you not the first but definitely the last.

Overpriced, kingfish was dry, over cooked the shrimp were rubbery. Fries apparently cooked in same oil as fish , plantains were ok....over all too much money for below average food.

We've ordered from here once in April 2023 and just this past Saturday 11/30/24 and both times we have encountered food poisoning. Never ordering from this place again. We thought of giving them a second chance but clearly it was a bad idea.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and when the driver arrived at the farm they told him that they had already placed my order to search for "dial 2 people" I don't know how these people from the farm work. Maybe they don't confirm when someone is going to picking up an Uber order they don't make sure it's the right person! The worst service, not recommended, the manager, instead of resolving and looking for a solution, only said that they would contact Uber as if they were the culprits, very bad here the only ones to blame are you for giving orders without checking that it is the correct person š

Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Hwy 192 in Kissimmee.
Rice was soggy, rotisserie chicken was reheated, super dry, no flavor. The employees clearly hate their job.

Iāve been going to this place since I lived in Fort Lauderdale so I was happy when they opened this one in poinciana. Usually I just go through the drive through but I just got some news that a really close friend of mine passed away today so I just wanted to sit down and try to have a meal. There were two people in front of me when I walked in. Smiled at the cashier and said hello. While waiting, 3 guys walk in go straight to the counter to āI assumedā look at the menu to figure out what they wanted. To my surprise they literally just started ordering with no regard to me standing there and the cashier actually started taking their order like I didnāt even exist. I spoke up and said excuse me Iām standing right here in the line. She cashier just looked at me and was going to continue but a lady from behind her Iām assuming which was the manager stopped her and said hey he is next. How could she have noticed and you didnāt. She was in the middle of fixing the register and I said hello just the same way I did to the cashier. Now I understand. Going to a Spanish restaurant in a predominantly Spanish area I can see where there may be favoritism. But for it to be so blatant. So much for sitting down and eating and thinking about my friend. Just took an already pretty rough day for me to an even worse one.

If i could place NO stars, that would have been my choice.This establishment has lost a repeat customer and suggest they have a class in customer service skills, specifically how to speak to a customer. If there are different ways to place an order ie, app order and drive thru window that they need to add directional arrows and parking spaces designated for app orders so there is NO confusion.
In a nut shell, this was my experience today. I drove in from Old Pleasant Hill Rd heading for the drive thru menu board. I noticed one car sitting at the back of the building not at the menu board (I'm not a mind reader and not sure why they are sitting at the back of the building)they were not advancing forward to the the menu board. So I pull up to the menu board to place my order and there were 2 cars waiting at the window for there food. There was a young lady with a headset at the window that started talking to me in Spanish. I told her, I didn't understand what she said and she repeated in English, that the car at the back of the building was ahead of me and I needed to go back around the building to get in line behind that car to place my order, that they were first. I told her, no they were not in line, they are just sitting in the car at the back of the building with no one behind them. She took off her headset and walked away, then another lady came to the window and put on the headset and asked what I wanted. I preceeded to place my order and drove up to the window when i was done. This young lady at that time, stated that the other car was before me waiting on their app order, I said how am I to know that, they are not at the menu board or in line, she said you will have go around the building behind them to place your order. I said I already placed my order at the board and I'm not going to drive around and wait to place my order again, she said this is not how things are done, at that point I told her to cancel my order and that they have lost a customer. I usually hold my tounge, but the week before, my husband placed an order at the drive thru and when he came home the order was wrong, we did not complain about that order, we just ate what we were given. I spend to much money each time I'm here to receive attudes from workers and the wrong order at a different time.

I ordered the seafood mix appetizer. Everything was super over fried. It's was like chewing on rubber. The music they had was very explicit. It's definitely not a kid friendly atmosphere.

The food is pretty good and not that expensive, the wait time is around 7-13 min depending what you get but overall would go again
