I'm so happy when you have dinner it's now in a restaurant instead of the lobby. Everything was wonderful

We have eaten here before and were excited to meet a friend for lunch. We initially asked to sit on the patio to enjoy the view of the lake and quickly noticed that there were no umbrellas. The Host even said there was no shade. Considering every table had a placeholder for an umbrella I asked where were the umbrellas? He replied we have ordered new ones. Absolutely hilarious that a 4 Star Hotel in Celebration, Florida could not get their act together to order umbrellas! We sat inside and ordered lunch. Great food and well priced for the food but $5 for soft drink (Soda) and you had the audacity to bring a can out for me to pour it myself? At least pour the drink in the back and offer refills, dont present me with a can. It cheapened the experience. Lunch arrived at the same time as the table next to us and our server got distracted helping them with their meals so he left our plates on the bussing stand next to us. I was going to wait until I saw him head back to the kitchen and register to figure out their complaint. We then helped ourselves which again, is quite embarrassing. He came back a few minutes later and removed the bussing stand. We enjoyed it and loved the food but come on, you are a 4 Star Hotel, order some umbrellas and dont get lazy with the service. We will return and hopefully it will be better in the future.

The event was planned to bring together family from the UK, Michigan and North Carolina. The hotel could not have been more helpful to accommodate us all. The staff were engaging and informed about food and drinks. We had a fantastic time and are grateful to all of the staff.

Well,we Tried to dine here today for Mothers Day. We arrived a few minutes early, had to wait for a table to be set. We were waiting for the rest of our party of 5, we had reservations for 1:45. After 5 minutes another hostess asked me if she could help me? I said we had already checked in, they were getting a table ready. She appeared very put out, I said we have a reservation. The guy who was here before checked us in. I had my 85 yr old mother with me, awaiting my in-laws, my motherinlawuses a cane, cannot walk great distance so the valet option was a plus. However, when we finally were seated, after 25 minutes of No recognition, No one even came over to acknowledge us and there was plenty of wait staff. We just wanted a glass of water for my mom..no recognition from ANYONE. We just got up at that point and left. Thankfully, my in-laws had not arrived so we had to make alternate plans. Went to the Tavern, seated right away, delicious food, great service. Do yourself a favor, don't go to the Lakeside.

The restaurant was practically empty but we only saw our server 3 times. I felt like service was slow. For an Autograph collection hotel, we should be getting more attention. They had no options for coffee, no flavors or flavored creamer. We were sat outside (our choice) but there are no shade structures and no fans. Entire deck is in direct sunlight. Valet was easy and simple to use, so that was good. But we had gone by the menu on Google which lists items $3-$5 cheaper than they actually are. So that was disappointing. Overall, meh.

Restaurant has been redone and has lovely ambiance. Tonight (Saturday) there was music which added to the evening.
The staff helped me create a wonderful experience for my 25th wedding anniversary! They helped with flowers being arranged and delivered for the occasion, and the food was great. A big thank you to the staff!

Went to meet someone and she picked this place to have brunch. The moment I arrived everyone was exceptionally nice with smiles on their face. From the valet guy to the bartender and manager, and the food was excellent along with the ambiance. Afterwards I took a long hike on the trail behind Lakeside Grill and it was beautiful. I will be going back because I’m visiting from Chicago and would like to experience that one more time before I leave. Thanks for the excellent customer service everyone!! ????

The Kessler Calamari was delicious. And of course don’t forget the chocolate cake with ice cream. For lunch I had the turkey club which I think had a whole turkey and a pound of bacon. Definitely a share meal. All of their food is good

We arrived there at 7:30pm and did not end up getting our food until 9pm even though THE RESTAURANT WAS LITERALLY EMPTY! Our server rushed us ever second she came around as if she had 100+people to serve. The food is ridiculously terrible and over priced. My daughter said my school grilled cheese tastes better than the one she ordered. Half of our family ended up feeling sick. Don’t waste you time or money here.
