UPDATE: They responded to my review extremely rudely. You can see how poorly they operate. My wife spoke in Spanish to your staff and 100% mentioned we are allergic and it can’t have flour or breading. So, hire smarter people vs replying so ignorantly.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Hands down the worst food I’ve had in years. They ended up refunding most of it, but it was so nasty. Guaranteed all 4-5 star reviews are fake. Also, food was extremely expensive for this crappy place. Do NOT eat here.

Was going to have sushi next door but stumbled on this place. The rotisserie chicken was a bit dry but not bad. THE MIX CEVICHE on the other hand was fantastic, server brought me a super hot house salsa knocked it out.

Terrible service, I don't know if it was because we went on January 1st, but there was no interest in serving us and the food they served us was cold and poorly constructed.

The food was normal but the service was terrible. The guy brought us wet forks to eat, nor did he bother to dry them, and he never came to the table to offer us a drink. The service was the worst.

Peruvian restaurant? LOL all my fellow Peruvians please go somewhere else… YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! This is by far the WORST “peruvian restaurant” in the area.
I ordered chicken through UBEReats..first noticed they charge $1.50 per 1oz of sauces lol what? Ridiculous! Ok. I paid for 4 sauces , I added a note, I called and spoke with someone who assured me all sauces were in my bag. Took almost 2 hours to arrive, arrived cold of course, and guess how many sauces were in my bag? Only 4 which are not the ones I paid for nor the ones that come with a whole chicken nor the ones that come with all the other stuff I ordered. I called to have them deliever my sauces because every REAL Peruvian knows how to eat a pollo a la brasa… and they said the owner nor a manager were present and they couldn’t do anything. So they literally just stole my $6 and did nothing. Great job! Then the chicken tasted so bland, no type of seasoning, no dressing for the salad so that was nasty. Im so upset with their intent of offering Peruvian dishes and they do not do their research to see how dishes are supposed to be served! Hey owner! I suggest you go to Peru and order a pollo a la brasa and learn how to serve it and how to make the real sauces! Stop stealing money for nasty sauces that dont even go with the chicken and lastly, I suggest you hire people that are able to resolve problems when one presents and please make sure they read and follow instructions because non of them do!

** Responding to owner**
Instead of taking the time to respond and defending yourself you should address the actual problem which is your team and your food quality. We can see from your response the service that you offer. Im not assuming anything clearly I see it in the food quality. If you and your Chefs are indeed Peruvian then you should know what Im saying is the pure truth. Not even Memories of Peru which is authentic and the best in Orlando would charge $1.50 for that type of sauce. You adress everything except how Im getting my $6 back. Yes indeed the people you hire do not know a thing about your products or what you offer..again lack of training and preparing your staff to handle problems and answering questions. Your business is fairly new and if you dont address these issues and change things I don’t think you will succeed. This is not how you treat customers, I know a fair amount of people in the Peruvian community and I will spread the word.

Yuck! Almost 200 worth of food and it was GROSS. The fish was like rubber and way too salty. The steak was tough and the cheese on the postpones was just sad looking and tasting. There was no salt or utensils in the bag. ( this was a door dash order to a business) the tres leches was open and spilled all in the bag everything was sticky and full of chocolate syrup. Never again.
