The experience was disgusting, the girls were super rude, the girls' boyfriends arrived all dirty and entered the kitchen, the girl who was preparing the pizza had just taken out the trash without gloves and also put her hand in the cheese for my pizza , I told her to wash her hands and that I didn't want that pizza, then she told the other girl and she laughed and looked at me badly, they made the pizza, I never took my eyes off her, it was good. But the experience was very bad.

Walked in requested 2 pizza's cooked well done was told be ready in about 10min. At 10 min i walked back in to seeing long hair not tied back,no gloves dirty looking dude , got home pizza is not well done it was half done as usual had to air fry it. Business owners in poinciana get your shit together do better have some pride in what you do.

No hot n ready pizzas at 7:30 and staff didn’t even come to the front counter until about 15 minutes had passed. Worst experience ever, I’ll never return. My pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way it was doughy

I was extremely dissatisfied with my crazy puffs purchase. I had visited the store to try them for the first time and ordered a box. Upon leaving the store, I sat on the bench outside and opened one, only to discover its unappealing appearance. I then consumed one to assess its freshness, which was lacking. I returned to the store and requested a replacement from the manager, but he refused. Losing a loyal customer over a $3.99 box of crazy puffs was unnecessary. I firmly believe that a fresh box should have been provided initially.

Pizza seemed like very CHEAP quality, didn’t receive my dessert, DoorDasher left my order on ground, no quality seals. Good thing I ordered from Hungry Howies too, I actually got everything I ordered from them… sealed and in bags…

It seems like the new female manager here isn't good. I placed a pickup order today, and it took them a whopping 35 minutes after the transaction for them to finally place it into the pizza portal. It has never taken that long. Ridiculous. This store needs a major change of leadership or new staff that know what they're doing.
Idk if the gray haired lady is new or something but I simply asked for some italian seasoning so that I can put on my cheese pizza. Simply request, right? I was even willing to pay for it if it helped her sleep better at night. The way she responded, you would've thought that I asked her to do some rocket science. Just making things difficult for no reason. Luckily, the last few braincells she had left gave her enough sense to pass the phone to someone who could actually help me get some italian seasoning packets.
