Little Caesars Pizza

Rude employees they didnt refund me my $22 after coming in to order a pizza these people should be working as janitors they dont even speak proper English. Wouldn't come back here if it was the last place on earth.

I was told they no longer make hot n ready pizza and that every pizza is made fresh now and that I have to wait 30 minutes for it to be done. This the second time within in 2 months I’ve been told this. If I have to wait for the pizza to be made, I’m just going to get better pizza instead.

Biggest issue is lack of sauce. Either they ran out or just put a tablespoon on the whole pizza

Pizza also slightly overcooked

Ordered an hour beforehand and pizza came out about 15 minutes later but not a big issue

Worst little caesars i have ever been to! I just moved into the area and it sucks cause this is the one close to me. I will never go back! I placed my order on the phone for a cheese light sauce pizza. I got there and had to wait another 30 min for the pizza but that wasn't the issue. I told them please make sure the pizza isn't burnt. When they finally brought the pizza it was burnt the cheese was all dried and burnt after all the waiting i did. I told him nicely i waited 30 min for this pizza for my daughters who are hungry and waiting. I am going to take them the pizza to see of they eat it. If they don't can i bring it back for a refund tomorrow. And he told me simply no. So i told him then refund me now and i gave him the pizza no apologies no nothing after all the waiting i did for 1 simple pizza. I asked him to let me take a picture to show my daughters that it was burnt and why I came home with no pizza and he then said i threw it in the trash and left. No customer service skills at all no one in that location seem like they knew what they were doing and can care less.

It's a shame! I use to love Little Ceasars! In this area, 192 Kissemme ? They are all mismanaged. I guess you truly don't care. Your bad reviews are catching up to the positive.

The pizza isn't bad, but the customer service is nearly non-existent. It's frustrating enough that the website frequently glitches, or that it's usually about impossible to reach someone on the phone - now I have to prove that I'm not stealing my food for a simple pickup order? Was required to go back out to my car to get my phone and pull up an email code, when she could have just asked for my full last name or what the order was if needing to confirm that I wasn't some stranger who just read my first name and first letter of my last off the board. Which, by the way, if that is causing issues with theft, probably makes sense to just get rid of it.

There always a hangout instead helping the customer, opening the lobby on time not at 1040am, and have management that care. The manager on duty is act like staff and very immature. General manager never when ask upon even walking by the location, calling for general manager, or ask when he/she be there. Poor management team and it show on the staff. Hope this place get better because they already closed 1 lil Cesar in Kissimmee
