Got a large pepperoni pizza. I think the Door Dash driver got lost because she arrived about 15 minutes late. The pizza was no longer hot. Once reheated, the pizza was very good.

Management here picks and chooses when they're willing to accept or fulfill orders I guess - last week they turned off online ordering and had the phone lines disconnected an hour before close, only option for ordering was DoorDash. Tonight we placed an order and drive out there to find a note saying they're...sold out? Store closed with someone inside.

Y'all ran out of what at 8pm on a Saturday, every single type of crust? All the cheese? Sauce? You got nothing to serve at all?

We arrived at 9:00. We were told to place the order online & then the website said this restaurant is not taking online orders. So we gave the girl our order & paid for it. At 9:27 she looks at us confused & then says she forgot to push through the order. She then asks if we still want it. Of course we did. So we keep waiting. At 9:50 a guy drops boxes on the counter & walks away. We assumed this was our order. We never saw the girl. This was TERRIBLE customer service.

Clearly hot and ready doesn't apply here. Nor a care about the customer.

The entire team was horrible and acted like they didn’t understand English. My order was wrong and when I returned with the food in hand they acted as if the cheese did not look as if it was sitting for a long period of time. The cheese puffs were burnt and cheese was so old. They had a guy working with a red tank top on out of uniform looking like he was homeless not cool at all when dealing with food. I will never return to this location. I love when companies are diverse not this place.
