Management here picks and chooses when they're willing to accept or fulfill orders I guess - last week they turned off online ordering and had the phone lines disconnected an hour before close, only option for ordering was DoorDash. Tonight we placed an order and drive out there to find a note saying they're...sold out? Store closed with someone inside.

Y'all ran out of what at 8pm on a Saturday, every single type of crust? All the cheese? Sauce? You got nothing to serve at all?

We arrived at 9:00. We were told to place the order online & then the website said this restaurant is not taking online orders. So we gave the girl our order & paid for it. At 9:27 she looks at us confused & then says she forgot to push through the order. She then asks if we still want it. Of course we did. So we keep waiting. At 9:50 a guy drops boxes on the counter & walks away. We assumed this was our order. We never saw the girl. This was TERRIBLE customer service.

Clearly hot and ready doesn't apply here. Nor a care about the customer.

The entire team was horrible and acted like they didn’t understand English. My order was wrong and when I returned with the food in hand they acted as if the cheese did not look as if it was sitting for a long period of time. The cheese puffs were burnt and cheese was so old. They had a guy working with a red tank top on out of uniform looking like he was homeless not cool at all when dealing with food. I will never return to this location. I love when companies are diverse not this place.

Even when buying something they refuse to let you use the restroom , the wait was long and the “ hot and ready “ options are never available on time .

So, on Sunday I stop by Little Caesars by Lowes in Poinciana. The young lady name Cristal M was very rude, call me the B word when I was walking out. I placed a special order like some of us do. but she decided to give me the order the way they wanted because she stated they cant waste food and she will get in trouble. So I requested a refund and only pay for the 2 pizza. Not giving moment I scream or used bad language. I asked for her name and she declined to provide her name but it was located on the receipt. She even stated she knew the District Manager basically just letting me know nothing is going to happen. I see there are plenty of reviews of similar actions. When this store opened everyone was very nice. I liked coming to this store because of the cleaning and I have gotten nice very nice employee even young very young gentleman that make the food like if they making it for them self. Plus is Convenience for me since I need to pass by here everyday for me to get home. 5 for the 2 pizza I took. 2 for service since the other young lady that took my order was the opposite of Cristal. The other employee was kind and looking for solutions. and one for last question due to the above information.

The three times that I have purchased from here, the Hot-N-Ready items are not availble, requiring at least a 10 minute wait.
