Manager waited on us. When my food was not what I thought I ordered, all he said was not my fault and walked away. When i said im sorry i thought it was a chicken breast not pieces i dont want this he took the plate and never asked if i wanted anything else. He never returned until after we asked for our check from the other server.
I have been in hospitality and a server for many years and his attitude and lack of hospitality was unacceptable.

4 of us wanted a nice Italian dinner. Definitely recommend Little Italy! Great dinner, great waiter and great service! We enjoyed their Veal Parm, Chicken Parm and Chicken Piccata! Chocolate Cake and Cheesecake were very good as well!

Food was absolutely amazing!! We had a steak and Veal parm and linguine with meat sauce. We were a little hesitant because the exterior needs some updating, but we would 100% go back again. The amount of food for the price and the quality was outstanding not to mention the tiramisu was top-notch!

Sweet Tea was very good, loved the garlic bread and I had the Chicken Parmesean. It was crispy but juicy. Going back now for a second time, before we leave tomorrow.

The food was great! The only issues I had was that there was not a changing table for my baby. I had to take him to the car to change his diaper. So great place for a date night, but not baby friendly.

Food was delicious… especially their garlic bread!! We had Raviolis, spaghetti, chicken Principe all was delicious. Only reason for a 4 was the place opened at 11 and the door was open but no one was there to seat us. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the front. Peeps in the kitchen knew we were there but didn’t come to seat us. Once seated tho everything went smoothly.

We have been coming here over 3 years. We love the food but the service is always eh.. not great and not very hospitable. Last night their was only 1 waiter and we were seated, ordered drinks and then when we ordered were told .can't order that no tomatoes at all. so there went our brunscetta and caprese salad orders which is why we went!! send kitchen staff across he street to Publix and buy tomatoes!!! Then we were told to order fast because they had a party of 25in the private room. Then the icing on this cake was when we asked for more bread we were told we would be charged!!! we've been coming for 3 years and now we will be charged?!!! when I said something he said we'll Then we won't charge .. not going back

In town for work, restaurant near hotel so I tried it out, love Italian food. The sign in front indicated the restaurant was newly opened. I ordered Chicken Marsala.
Sauce was good.
Chicken was very overcooked.
They could work on the atmosphere, even if a slow evening.
Ambiance and customer experience are key!
