Very rude behind there fake smiles. asked for ranch souce they told me that they only had a few left so they gave me barbecue sauce instead, i asked if they could i would rather rach then told me i had to waid while they grabbed some from the back, sat at the window for literally 9 minutes dealing with all this for one meal, i do not want anything in return thats not why i am writing this.

Love this restaurant!! Once you have had the chicken here you will never eat a nugget again. My parents could never get me to eat fish unless it was LJ's. To this day it is true. Love, love, love the French fries & hush puppies. Only eat LJ's Cole slaw too. Super nice customer service will gladly help walk you through menu items and make suggestions.

Long John has Drake fish and terrific clam strips you know you have to go to the drive-thru to place an order the people who works at the drive-thru are very nice ampholyte to all that customers I give them a thumbs up.

I love me some LJS and it is hard to find a stand alone location sometimes. This one is and we came in to get food to go (no dine in at the time.) I got a 2pc Fish meal. My sister and son both got the Chicken tenders meals. We waited the 15 minute drive back home to dig in when I realized they had forgotten my order of clam strips. (sigh) Yet, the food was fresh and the staff was friendly. Not very busy at the time either.

I saw the LJS sign, and pulled into their drive-thru immediately. It's been over 30 years since I had last seen, much-less been to a LJS. Seeing the restaurant took me back to when I was a little girl. I used to eat there a lot when I was growing up. OMG! The closer I got to the drive-thru, the stronger, familiar, and yummier it smelled. I ordered the golden, crispy, juicy chicken, and fish combo, with hush puppy's, yum, yum. The plan was to take it home, and eat it, but the amazing fragrance of the chicken said, "Eat Me!" so I pulled over, and inhaled the food. It was so good, and just like I remembered. Their food somehow, literally melts in your mouth, and awakens those taste-buds. I know that it's fast food, but it taste like it took hours to prepare. From the moment that I saw their sign, till I took my first bite, I knew it was going to be good to the very last drop, and it did not disappoint. It was fantastic. My wife got into a little accident there and the management team and employees were so nice. They ended up giving her a free meal. I would recommend that Long John Silvers to anybody.

My car broke down while there an the manager an crew went above an beyond to help an assist me till my husband an tow truck came... If I could give more than t stars I would... Ill go back again an again knowing that Ill get great food an service an hospitality...

I just want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this establishment!!! They changed the hours of operation with the whole covid-19 and they open the store early for us since we had drove so far.... You went above and beyond and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Nancy and Cedric! Thank you both so much.... You made our day. Please be safe
All I ordered was an order of corn and cole slaw. The corn was not the normal corn on the cob it was a tiny container filled with burnt corn. I then asked to substitute for fries. The fries were hot but hard. When I tried the cole slaw it tasted very old and sickening. The cashier was very pleasant but the food sucked. I dont understand because there was absolutely no rush!

Had salmon platter and it was very good came with shrimp. That was cook good as well just wish there was more then 4. Shrimp . the soda refill machine. Was broke. For the must part it old building been there long time . The ketchup dispenser was almost out so it was hard to get ketchup and the store was clean the staff could have been a little bit more friendly.

When you first arrive to long John silver, you will notice a lack of people order anything. That is because the place is filthy and not maintained. The employees do not care about there jobs, you can hear them openly talk bad about the establishment. As I gave my order you can see that they caught an attitude with me, because I had interrupted there conversations. My wife and I decided to stay and eat inside. We both felt so uncomfortable, because the staff would look our way whisper to each other and laugh. We had a terrible experience there not to mention the food is so salty enough to give high blood pressure. This will be my first and last time I will eat there. I will not repeat the visit.

Excellent!! Great customer service. Food was fresh. The place was extremely clean. I would say this is the best long john silver i have ever eaten at.
