Heidi is the most amazing server ever! We came here out of the blue once, but kept coming back because of her. She can run the entire place on her own, and is on top of everything! Not to mention she is super nice and friendly! Love Heidi!!!
Came to play in a pool tournament. The place was packed and they only had one bar tender, who was slower than molasses. Waited at the bar for 50 min just to get a water. Plus, there was no where for our teams to sit. I’ll never come here for another tournament or even just to go.

Me and my posse strolled in here a mid afternoon to quench a thirst. They had so many drinks and tried a verious amount of styles suggested by the ever talented lady that if I am saying or spelling her name correct was Krissie? Either way she was amazing and ran that whole place by her lonesome it appeared. While being navigated by the fun regulars and the bar mascot a four legged pup who was awesome to meet as well. I had the hard stuff (coke zero) lol and bought a tank top etc. Highly suggest a hope skip and jump to this great place if your in town. Thank you.

Definitely a TERRIBLE place for food and service!!! Also, if you think you’re going to play pool go elsewhere !!! They definitely seem to depend their revenue based on local pool leagues that play here and it makes it very unfortunate for tourists or even regular locals who just want to maybe get a bite to eat…a drink after a long day…. but unfortunately the long employed waitress; Christy Gonzalez only caters to the men playing pool with no regards to any waiting patrons…. Be prepared to wait for at least 20 min before getting served your first drink…even longer if you’re a female….. I wonder if the owner Eddie is even aware that she consistently serves the men from the leagues for example 4 drinks but only charges for one so that they can tip her extra in tip for exchange…. She’s robbing him blind!! He’s not even aware! Ask your weekly pool players Eddie…check your inventory! They’re all guilty…. She has the worst attitude with everybody except the men (check out the other reviews)….BEFORE you order food really take a look around and definitely check out the disgusting conditions of the restrooms and also keep in mind the owner’s dog running around the establishment….(check former reviews ) even in the KITCHEN ?…..soooo be aware before ordering food! The service and the cleanliness is definitely hands down at this disgusting establishment! Go somewhere else!

Would not recommend for tourists. We always like to try local bars when traveling and usually have a better time. My husband and I waited 20 minutes for two beers. A group of locals were playing a pool tournament. I understand it's common in pool halls, but it should not hinder everyone else’s service. Our bartender (Cristy), did not even acknowledge us when we first arrived. She was more concerned with talking than working, in our opinion. My husband used the restroom while we were waiting and could not believe how unsanitary it was. We decided not to order food at this point. (I did not leave a food review for this reason)Our friends were about to join us, so we wanted to have a round of drinks waiting when they arrived. We noticed our bartender having a shot with the group of men playing in the tournament. At this point, I told my husband I would rather leave than wait another 15-20 minutes. Our group ended up going elsewhere.

As said in other reviews if you're not a local the bar staff does not cater to you, I waited 45min for a drink while I watched bartender female Chris take shots with other local attendees she was very rude but if I were a male I'm sure she would have come sooner to serve me!! Never again will I attend this location!!!

I have lived here for about 2 years and have never come here until now. I wish I had come sooner. The bartenders are amazing. Joey and Heidi took care of me and went above and beyond to make me feel safe and satisfied. I hope they get a raise or promotion asap. So glad I found this place thanks to them. I’ll def be back asap!
