Magical World Pizza Express

We got tired of waiting and started to go to bed when the phone rang. It was the delivery guy stating he had the food and it was hot. That was a lie. The pizza was barely warm. The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken tenders were soggy. The food was inedible. Waste of $55. They lied to slice stating they just made the food. I hate I tipped ahead of time.

And I’ve seen your replies to others saying it is a competitor or a bot. This is not a bot. Your food sucks and you are greedy people keeping someone’s money for that bad of service.

Absolutely terrible experience. They got my food order wrong, and when I called back, they gave me a hard time about it. They said they’d remake it, but the new order never showed up. I called again to follow up, and the general manager told me they wouldn’t be correcting it. They took my money and completely failed to take any accountability. Terrible service and attitude—wouldn’t recommend!

I love it. I always love to try the independent pizza parlors around the country. This one is the gold standard from New York to LA. REAL Italian pizza.

The toppings of our order absolutely seemed to be fresh, although tough to determine whether or not the pizza is good due to the extensive delivery problems we faced. This business promotes itself on Disney property for Disney resort guests, although from when our order was released to the driver to when it ended in our hands was over an hour and a half so the food was room temperature. if staying on Disney property, exercise caution with Delivery.

If I could give negative stars I would, I was staying at a resort in Orlando and I found this under my door. I called to get one large pizza. They said it would be an hour. I NEVER GOT IT. THIS IS PLACE IS A HUGE CREDIT CARD SCAM AND THEY ARE A FAKE BUSINESS. and on top of that they are not authorized to hand out flyers AT ALL. So screw you magic tricks pizza place!!!!!!!
