Usually I have good experience on this restaurant for dine in. But today I order to go in advance, I was told 20 min for the food to be ready, after 50 minutes go to the counter and they forgot about my order.

Our party of 4 were promptly greeted and seated. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The pies we ordered took over 30 minutes to be ready, but we waited patiently, hoping it would be worth the wait. When our pies arrived, they were hot and looked great. However, some of the bottom had badly burnt areas. Also, the sauce was too acidic for us. This was our first time trying Mama Romanos. The food was just okay, nothing special about it. Our server, the lady with grayish hair was amazing. We will probably not be going back.

Previously I had gone to another store of theirs and the food had taken a long time, the place was full, now we decided to change branches, this one is much smaller and the day we went it was not full and likewise the food took a long time . Normal attention, good food.

So I don't know if this matters or not but I don't think the workers there know the difference between a VEGAN pizza and a VEGETARIAN pizza, VEGANS don't eat any animal products while VEGETARIANS do, just not MEAT, but when I was there and my family ordered a VEGETARIAN pizza, we got charged to put cheese on the pizza, when we asked why the worker kept saying that VEGANS don't eat cheese which makes no sense cause it's a VEGETARIAN pizza. All I'm saying is that maybe they should educate themselves on the differences between the two instead of just charging people for random stuff, at the very least make a pizza that is actually a VEGAN pizza.

Went over there this evening picked up a larger order of food. The young girl who gave me the food was very sweet but the man and woman who were there were being extremely rude. I ignored it, got the food and left. When arriving home 25 min later almost 30 min to drive there and back.. I got home and realize when taking ALL the food out, one of the large items were incorrect. The "manager on duty" absolute AWFUL attitude by the way and I know the calls are recorded. Owner please listen to it. Anyways..as I called younger woman who helped me told me she apologizes and tell me she will fix it or refund it I said I'll just get it fixed and pick it up tomorrow, she said no problem it'll be ready tomorrow. I get a call back from the manager on duty 15min later stating that's not going to happen bring the food back and we will replace it. I said I don't think that's fair that's not what I was told and that's extremely rude the fact I have to drive all the way back when you would have to just throw the food out and I waste gas because it's not my fault it's incorrect and she simply replied.. what's the problem if you aren't going to eat it? ... I said you know what forget it. My family normally spends so much money here but because that woman and the man working there i will NEVER go there again and I expect my MONEY BACK. WHICH WE WILL BE FIGHTING FOR FROM THE BANK AT THIS POINT and FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT INSTEAD OF JUST THE WINGS. absolutely terrible service and during Christmas??? Terrible service, not get my food i requested and got told either deal with it after there the ones who made the mistake.

Samuel is absolutely, positively phenomenal. He was so happy and personable at 10 pm at night! We came in (6 adults and 2 kids) one hour before closing, and the entire staff was very nice and attentive. Mama Romano's has three locations. This is where Samuel is. You want to go where Samuel is.

What a gem we found in Kissimmee! The best Italian! Toasted ravioli, Chicken parm, garlic knots ... all amazing! As a super picky eater myself, I say you must dine here! The service from Kayla was fantastic as well. Go have Mama Romano's!

Our server Samuel was very nice and considerate. He continuously checked in on us making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing, highly recommend if you’re going out on a date or with the family. Ask for Samuel, it’ll be the best service you can ever think of.

The food was excellent!! The service was outstanding!!! Italian food is my top fav. I heard about this restaurant from my boyfriend. We went and it was phenomenal!! Laura took care of us. She was awesome!! It was my birthday and she made it truly special. I will definitely be back.
