Do not trust this Hotel. Worst customer service ever. Stay here for 5 days and 4 nights. All I got was bed bugs bites and low water pressure in the shower. Absolutely don't trust this place. Run far away from this place. They didn't ever care about the bites, after agreeing they were bed bug bites.

Booked here because of the decent reviews, location, and great price .. .. And, it was as promised, and a bit better! Yes, the carpets are worn and overall the property could use a bit of upkeep, but I was pleased with the stay .. .. ROOMS are very roomy, sleek and comfortable .. .. Staff is friendly and the BREAKFAST was very basic but did offer some warm options .. .. One of the best breakfast spots, MAPLE STREET BISCUIT COMPANY is right down the street and their food is just heavenly!! All in all, glad with my stay here ~ When I return to WDW, and am not staying in the bubble, I would definitely consider staying here again! THANKS GRAND HOTEL!!

You totally get what you pay for should have been the first clue!! the pictures are NOTHING like what the hotel looks like. The walls are paper thin. The bathroom had water pressure of a spit! Holes in the shower curtain. The check in was easy and the agent was pleasant.

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.

We booked a king room and got 2 queens. Curtains were not properly hung, blackouts too small so lots of light from well lit pool area in our room all night. Drain in tub was badly rusted and gross looking. Bad lighting in bathroom. Wifi is spotty and so is cable. Kept going in and out. Breakfast is sub-par. Bed was somewhat comfortable. No printer in “business” area. Paid $10 amenity fee. The only thing they have is a pool with no shade or umbrellas. We did not use it. Will definitely never stay here again.

There’s an extra $16 fee per day for the breakfast buffet and “amenities” (Feb. 2023). Location is very good, at the end of a street (kinda like a cul-de-sac). And against traffic flow when returning from parks. We experienced some noise, but realize there are many families staying due to proximity to Disney World. Breakfast was simply average. Parking spots are wide. Probably a 3.5 if the unadvertised fees aren’t a concern.

Spotlessly Clean, great value for money & the hardest working staff ever. A huge thank you to the reception team who are outstanding. The hotel is very close to Disney, restaurants and a great breakfast is included too. Nice pool, laundry & gym. Free Parking. Disney Transportation is available. We have already booked our next trip.

I am not unreasonably picky; all I need is a clean place, a comfortable bed, good internet service and good TV/media service. This place lacked the last two. Internet was on and off, weak signal, frustrating me. TV was not digital service, so I watched a blurry screen fuzzy screen until I finally turned it off. No channel guide. The desk was not much help, suggesting that the digital service they had in the lobby was the same as I was watching in my room. It was not. Photo attached. In fact to make this review I had to use my phone because the hotels service was too weak to upload a photo. A no return for me,

The location of the hotel is convenient, and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The breakfast had typical options and did include hot eggs, sausage and potatoes. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs to be updated, as there were metal elements which have rust on them. The towels were quite exfoliating- kind of like a fine grit sandpaper. My only real complaint is that I have never stayed at a hotel with such terrible water pressure. The water was hot, but it was like showering with a watering can.

Great location for parks, eating places and pretty much anywhere you need to go in Orlando. If you stay at the back of the hotel the traffic noise is pretty bad as you look out onto the highway, we had to change rooms and had no issues at the front facing the pool. Rooms were clean and tidy, pretty basic but everything worked. Comfy beds. There was a feel of damp in the hallways but there were dehumidifiers in the hallway so guess it’s an ongoing problem. The biggest issue for us was the plastic cutlery and polystyrene cups, plates and bowls! Coming from the UK where we now have a ban on plastic straws, I couldn’t help but be concerned what that will do to the environment in years to come! I guess it’s cost cutting as don’t need staff to wash up but can honestly say I have never seen this at any hotel before. Parking was good, There are added charges for resort fees and taxes that includes parking charge so be prepared to pay extra on arrival, can’t remember exact price but they weren’t extortionate prices just one we hadn’t been told about beforehand.

They noted that they can take care of it, and I will be reimbursed for it. I have tried to get in touch with the manager several times with no response. There is no management and no front desk person available whenever I need help. Do not stay here!!! There are much better hotels in the areas for similar price.

Great bed very comfy, room was very clean first hotel in a while that I actually walked barefoot on the carpet. My only recommendation to the hotel is update the tub and lamps other than that excellent stay staff very helpful and polite. Will be back.

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. At first we were pleased with the look of the hotel however we would not stay here again. Cold showers and very noisy. The rooms are only cleaned when asked. Definitely not value for money. One positive of the place I would say though is it was in a good location for universal studios and Disney.

At check-in, I was told breakfast was included although booking did not state it was included. Before breakfast, I checked with another staff to verify that breakfast was included. Air-conditioner was good, could set it to either cooling or heating mode. Had adequate power outlets, including USB power outlets. Both room and breakfast were very good.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Stay here 2 years ago and it was a nice stay. Now that it’s been under nee management it completely went down hill. Very young incompetent staff. Surface clean but not deep clean. Lamp shades were filthy with mold. Toilet seat broken. Sink clogged. Barely any shower pressure. Shoes stuck to floor. They cleaned our room the first 2 days and didn’t clean the third day and when we questioned them they said they don’t clean on sundays because they take take priority on those checking out. Never heard of such a thing. People check out daily and on top of which the parking lot barely had any cars so they weren’t busy. We had to get our own towels. Fire pit also didn’t work outside. Breakfast was stale bread. Location was great but we will not be back!
