We went to the Poinciana branch on Nov 23 at 5:30 pm. It's my first experience, and I will never return. I will pass the word on. The cashier didn't explain that we must wait for the order. Apparently it is take-out and not table service. We asked to stay. Yet she boxed our pizza. By the time we realized the pizza was cold and greasy. The cashier took the order while holding her phone and browsing. When asked a question. She ignored the question. I asked for additional dressing. She went to prepare orders and asked to wait. Then, I toss the bag in my hand. Absolutely no customer service. Even if it is a takeout.

I ordered my food online and headed over to Marco's when I saw that my food was ready. I got there around 7: 50pm show them my order number. They informed me it's in the oven and it will be right out. Food came out oven and it was not for me😱. I'm not in any rush and I figured they know my number they'll let me know. 40 minutes later it's getting busy. Younger girl in the front ask me what's my name I told her and she said oh I already said your name. I told her no she didn't. She argued she said my name..I watched her read every ticket's name out. When she read my ticket item she said Janisa.(Which is not my name) This whole back and forth I did say it was not prompted. I didn't really care that it took 40mins for me to get my food. I was literally happy just to take my food without her comment. Like Girl who cares just give me my damn food.Her comment got me aggravated .Long story short when you order online come 30 minutes after it says your pizza is ready, during the night shift and employees call numbers if you have trouble 😑reading... a name. Lunch time they are always on point. I love pizza don't hate me.

Everytime I go the price keeps changing but the board said one price but the cashier rings up another price. They say we can change our prices anytime well your board should too

Excellent pizza especially the pizza bowls for low card. I wasn't crazy about the garlic parm sauce for the wings. I guess I was expecting more of a traditional dry rub for the garlic parm. But still wasn't terrible.

Placed order online ,when I get there the girl tells me it will be ready 10 minute .to make long story short those 10 minutes turn into 1 1/2.hour. The 3 Girls that were there ,they looked lost. Other customers as well were wondering what's ? going on ..none of the online order were ready at the time it should of been ready. Very disappointing.
