The owner was very nice, offered samples to help us decide on an order, checked in with us after dining, and made our drinks. He was very personable and the food was great!
I nearly threw up cuz I ate this food so fast. The food here is insanely delicious and portions are PLENTIFUL. I cant say no more everyone needs to try this! Also whatever the white sticky stuff was, was amazingg

The worst experience today. Went for the first time to try it. When we got there it was only 630 pm and one family ordering. The lady called next but we were still looking at the screen with the menu, mind you it was our first time there. She was slapping the to-go box like she wanted us to hurry. This short dark skin lady had a really bad attitude. I asked her what rice options I had and she said"Don't you see them there?" I smiled and asked what side option I had and I received the same answer to the point that I asked for white rice and she said " I ALREADY GAVE YOU YELLOW" when I clearly said white. We ended up leaving and not buying anything. If the management doesn't fix this issue they will end up with more bad reviews like this one. The place was empty and if she was having a bad day she had to remember that work and personal life are 2 different things. Not going back and would never recommend this place. Sorry, but the staff needs customer service training asap.

A mess! Everything starts fine on the line and placing the order, it’s very loud but I brush that off because the food looks good. First problem was the soda, tasted horrible! The only one that wasn’t an absolute abomination was diet Coca Cola. Then I waited…
And waited…
30 minutes pass and I still don’t have my food (chicken with mofongo). I go up to ask and after a few more minutes they give me the mofongo. I open it and it’s made wrong so I go to tell her, she proceeded to throw it from the checkout to a trash can. Shocked I sat down and waited ANOTHER 30 minutes just for them to give me half a chicken (I paid for a full chicken) and tell me that mofongo would take ANOTHER HOUR. I was forced to switch complements or I wouldn’t eat until 7pm (I ordered at 5pm). The food was ok but by the time I got to eat it I already wanted to leave because of how mad I was. They need to change how they take orders and the pace they cook their food. Don’t recommend you go here to eat. And for fellow Puertorriqueños, no vale la pena pasar el mal rato para un plato de comida, no se lo van a disfrutar.

Wow...they have changed the taste of the food...it's not the same anymore...my family doesn't like it anymore. It doesn't have that rich touch that it had. And those who attend are disgusting, what a shame. They lost several clients here.

Great food even is a little expensive. Twam member was nice and suggested an offer to lower the final cost.

We went there because in Puerto Rico there's Martin's. We sat and an extremely loud music started started on the outside. We closed the door to be able to hear each other, but about 5 minutes later a manager or the music coordinator opened the door and put a chair so it would not close, so we had to leave because the EXTREMELY HIGH MUSIC NOW WAS OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. WE LEFT BECAUSE WE WERE UNABLE TO HEAR EACH OTHER. I went back 11/20/24 and now they are charging 5% for the use of credit card without notification. That's unreasonable and EXCESSIVE.

I love it, the chicken is better than the one in PR, the rice with pigeon peas🤤 and the passion fruit mojito🍹. BAHHHH!!!! How delicious EVERYTHING!!!!😋😋😋

The staff they have to take orders over the phone are never willing to take the order, they leave you waiting and then say "can you call later"? They also don't give you the prices for the total amount ($) of the order even if you ask, they simply tell you "I have to check the price, give me a moment", that is, what prices should I check if they are already established? In PR they are not so disappointing. The least one expects is that Boricuas serve you in a Boricua restaurant and with the way we are, sadly you are served by people who really have nothing to do with our culture.
