​I’m torn on this rating because the food is consistently fantastic. The chicken is always seasoned to perfection, and the rice and sides are flavorful every single time I visit. If I were rating based on taste alone, it would be a solid five stars.
​However, the dining environment consistently falls short. Every time I come in, there is paper and trash all over the floor. It doesn’t seem like a lack of deep cleaning, but rather a lack of daily maintenance. The floors are never neat or the seats organized because there isn't anyone keeping an eye on the mess as it happens throughout the day.
​Management really needs to consider designating a specific employee whose primary job is to maintain the lobby and keep the floors clear. It’s hard to fully enjoy such great food when the seating area feels neglected. I’ll keep coming back for the chicken, but I really hope to see the cleanliness catch up to the quality of the kitchen!

Poor service and a crew lady start to clean by my table and sweep the carpet so all the dust are around me and my food, moving chairs and tables so noisy I hear the place was good but with my experience was not good

Delicious homemade Puerto Rican food, reasonable prices, the staff is very friendly, I was tired of fast food on our vacation so we went there quite a few times , the roast pork is so flavorful and the have a drive thru

They charged me $17.50 for a tiny chicken breast with a piece of sweet potato and rice one of the worst meals I’ve ever had I’ve been going to martins bbq in PR for 30 years and this one is a disappointment

The conduct of the store manager was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. He was openly disrespectful, demonstrated zero customer service standards, and verbally mistreated his own employee. I witnessed him tell the cashier to “shut up” in Spanish, speaking to her in a degrading and hostile manner. No employee—and especially no woman—should ever be subjected to that kind of abuse in the workplace. This manager’s behavior reflects a complete lack of ethics, leadership, and basic human decency. Immediate corrective action is not just recommended—it is necessary. By the way, this happened a few weeks ago. Luckily, that wasn't my wife, you spoke to like that Because you would really have a problem.

Food is so delicious employee need some customer service training they not have friendly service thos gir trow the food on my plate the other trow the 🥤 on my tray mabe they are tayer but went I get service and I pay I want good service to. price it a little high just I get yuca one pice batata and pork that I pay$15 dolars value for money $12,the atmoshphera is great is good just 2 thinks need be more approve customer service and just a litter down prices 2 or 1 dolar down made a diferences I be happy and you get more clients but food is so God. I can recommend this places is good .
