Their food is ok depending on the few but the thing that I have a problem with is that on their 3rd shift no matter what the service sucks it took them 8 minutes just to take my prefer and I was the only one at the counter it took them another 10 minutes to make just 1 large ice coffee then two nights later I order 2 cheeseburgers and another ice coffee and it took them altogether a full 25mins for them to take my order and serve the food why is this the only McDonald’s that seems to give such horrible customer experience when it comes to timed tasks that are simple and easy

Yoah need to stop blsming dd for mistake that youre employee did , if the order still show in my app is because nobody else got it or took it since yoah want to use dd you should train your employes and show them how the app work , if i get the ordee nobody else is gona get it at least i cancelled from what i see they make s lot of mistakes , the manager try to said the sometimes two people get the same order , what that tells me id that your employes either take to long or they make a mostake , is no way that dd is giving the same order to more than one person , then she got the nerves to mention the cops when they the one that mess up the order

The manager on duty says that we cannot by toys separate I’ve been buying toys separately with out a happy meal in fact any adult meal is still a happy meal makes no sense why I need to drive to another location to get a meal and toys both corporate one says they don’t do the other is glad to take my orders why is management being lazy to ring me up for toys

Every thing was ok, just make sure to give all the food ordered. I ordered for 2 big macs in the drive thru and they only gave me 1, i asked her before that if everything is inside and said yes, i recomend to check your order before leavinfg the drive thru.
