Waited 8 minutes at the drive-thru before anyone said anything to me, meanwhile the second line had 5 cars make an order and continue forward. Once I ordered, I waited another 9 minutes just for 2 burgers to be missing. Went inside they acted like they couldn’t be bothered with me and I gave up and left after waiting 5 more minutes to speak to someone. By far the worst McDonald’s in Osceola

Been going to this McDonald's since they opened. The food has become consistently absolutely disgusting. They NEVER fill the soda up all the way and they rarely get the order right. I'm done with this location.

I would like to express my deep concern regarding the treatment I received from one of your employees: Allondra, — who, I was told, is the store manager. This woman displayed an extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable attitude toward customers.
Her behavior was offensive and discriminatory, which is even more serious coming from someone who represents the company in a leadership position. Such conduct reflects very poorly on the establishment and raises serious questions about your hiring and management practices.
I sincerely hope that the owners are aware of how certain employees are treating customers and that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that this kind of unpleasant situation does not happen again.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager Alondra at this McDonald’s. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional.. Instead of helping the team and customers, she made things more difficult. She was rude, dismissive, and created unnecessary tension during the service. It’s frustrating to see someone in a management position treating both employees and customers this way. This location really needs better leadership and customer service training.

Drove up to drive thru at 10:24am. Asked for hotcakes and fries. Girl responded with Its not lunch till 10:30am. I sd, no problem, can u charge me and i will wait??? She said, no. You need to wait till 10:30am. Finally got my fries at 10:45am. Fifteen minutes for some fries.... Great service. Great business......NOT
