Food tasted like every McDonald's cooked to perfection I got a Fish Sandwich and that is the best fish sandwich I have ever tasted from a McDonald's

Employees just throw food in ur face and slam the window closed. Oh hell nawl. Sprite always taste like some water with a little special needs.

On the drive thru line they had me pull to the side to wait for my food. After 15 minutes I went over to the window and the girl said it takes 8 minutes for a chicken biscuit I explained to her it was over 15 minutes. I waited 5 more minutes than I went inside the manager was there I explained that I've been waiting now 20 minutes for my chicken biscuit and the girl came over and once again she Saud it takes 8 minutes for it to be done. I felt like the staff didn't care for they're customers. This is not the first time I have had issue with the drive thru window. Cooperate needs to evaluate they're staff cause they're customer service is a 1 out of 10

I used he Kiosk for the first time. It was very, very slow to respond compared to KFC and Popey's. . I took a number plastic, put it on my table ,and waited 20 minutes. Finally I had to go to the cashier to find out why my order was not brought out to me. Answer was "I guess we forgot". I'll forget to go there next time.

It's not bad but they are slow and you have to pay attention to the orders if you are going to take them since until now they forget to give you something.

The drive thru mobile order experience was flawed. Somehow between confirmation of my mobile order and the pickup window, the cashier notified me my order was cancelled. It had to be paid again and the wait was even longer because it wasn't ready. They explained there is some glitch in their system and it was very difficult to handle for me as a customer. I had a car full of children and a crying baby. The staff was friendly and the order was mostly ok. One item in my order was wrong, and for a child that is everything. I won't return to this location.
Always take so damn long for the food and half the time it isn’t even the correct order

I will say this, I was pleasantly surprised that this location was open. I was even more surprised that I was greeted by a friendly person who took my order and gave it to me RIGHT. SHE made my day. Hot coffee and a sandwich on my way to work for 6am. What could be better??

I frequently order from this location, as it’s conveniently behind my house. Although I rarely go inside, the two times I’ve picked up in person, some staff members have consistently shown a poor attitude.
During a recent drive-thru visit, everyone was friendly until I reached the pick-up window. After noticing no barbecue sauce in my bag, I politely requested some, only to receive one packet. When I asked for more, explaining I had 20 nuggets, she replied with an attitude and insisted some were already in the bag, which wasn’t true. Eventually, she gave me two more but remained unpleasant.
This wasn’t an isolated incident; her demeanor was similarly unfriendly on a previous visit inside. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, I understand the importance of treating customers kindly. I let it go the first time, assuming it might have been a rough day for her, but this seems to be a pattern.
I’m sure I’m not the first to complain. While I appreciate the convenience of this location, I don’t feel comfortable supporting a place where courtesy seems optional. I suggest that employees, especially those in customer-facing roles, strive for at least basic professionalism and friendliness.
On top of the unpleasant attitudes, I recently ordered through DoorDash and found hair in both my food and my McFlurry. Why I keep subjecting myself to this is beyond me. It’s disappointing, as the location is so convenient, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was at this location yesterday, Tuesday, December 3rd. Even though I placed my order through the mobile app, my order was not ready, and I had to wait. Also, the drive-thru needs additional employees in order to get the vehicles moving at an efficient pace; it tends to wrap around this location, especially at peak breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours!

If you are going to eat inside, I don't recommend it, the dirty tables, the dirty bathroom, the lukewarm food, and the terrible service. Before it was good, everything clean and good service, now it's not!!
