These people can NEVER GET IT RIGHT! I ordered TWO DIFFERENT TIMES the BOGO 20 piece nuggets. BOTH times I received only 20 nuggets. If it's BOGO, I should have 40 nuggets. Twice they make this mistake because they obviously refuse to read. Every order missed food, one time they missed my mcchicken. It's RIDICULOUS I have to drive there after I just paid for delivery PLUS A TIP. Then I used my gas and had to get my 6 kids in the car to fix their error. Unreal can yall hire people that can read and do they job?

If I could give no stars I would. I have tried to give this store a chance but everything is just extremely bad here. I waited over 45 mins for my order and after remaking it not once but twice it was still wrong. And the manger never once apologized.

I been thinking of writing this review for like 2 days now but I absolutely hate the attitude from the little girls that work here disgusting and no reason for it what so ever !!! Order my food and they told me to go up to the very last window to get my food this little girl with long dark hair came up pass me my food by the time I can turn around to asks for my dipping sauces because they forgot !!! She close the window and left I waited for 10mins more to see if they noticed im still there no one came I started beeping the horn and still no one comes at this point im being ignored 20mins pass the same little girl comes up I told her she forgot and then she gives them to me and holds up a whole lot of it with a attitude and a smirk on her face saying “Anything else” then closes the window on me again Next time I will be coming inside better ppl need to be hire here or train better no reason to treat customers like this at all

I’m a local uber eats driver and this place is the worst restaurant I’ve ever had to work with. EVERY order is super late, especially at night when it’s drive thru only and PACKED yet they never have staffed it enough. Whoever they do have working is incompetent and almost always get an order wrong or forget something. On top of that, they’re rude, avoid customers, and will argue if you tell them something is wrong.

10:20pm 12/15 Waited over 25 minutes for the 2 sandwiches to be given AFTER ordering and they were completely wrong after getting home.
To top it off the meat was burned to a crisp.
