The drive thru mobile order experience was flawed. Somehow between confirmation of my mobile order and the pickup window, the cashier notified me my order was cancelled. It had to be paid again and the wait was even longer because it wasn't ready. They explained there is some glitch in their system and it was very difficult to handle for me as a customer. I had a car full of children and a crying baby. The staff was friendly and the order was mostly ok. One item in my order...

I will say this, I was pleasantly surprised that this location was open. I was even more surprised that I was greeted by a friendly person who took my order and gave it to me RIGHT. SHE made my day. Hot coffee and a sandwich on my way to work for 6am. What could be better??
